Capitalism is the best known system under the rule of law.

It could be better.

the world will gradually be put thru HONEST business and such and then we will get off the money when spiritual maturity makes it possible. Capitalism is a prison system.. and don't play against socialism people because socialism is all a prison system...

Nature is returning to equilibrium, the only thing being destroyed was never real to begin with - an artifice that has inevitably lost its hold on the hearts and minds of men. Some wait for the end, others give birth to the new.

Yeah you're right. We need a Socialist Government that either defaults to Fascism or Communism which defaults to a police state w/consumer goods. Wait a second, that's what we have right now! chuckle

We need a Socialist government and a capitalist economy. They'd each balance out the extremes of the other.

Never going to happen in this age. When Jesus, the only begotten son of GOD returns after the 7 year tribulation to set up his millennial kingdom, only then might we have something different than the current money system....but not before, and of course neither you nor your cult will be in charge of it...or anything for that matter.

It's f*cking hilarious in a country that bailed out banks to the tune of many trillion dollars that people think we have capitalism here. In capitalism, taxpayers don't save failures. They also don't subsidize anything. A true free market rewards and punishes with absolute fairness. Successful businesses mitigate their risks themselves instead of bribing and blackmailing politicians to get the taxpayers to do it for them.

You are thinking about pure capitalism, and that could easily become the very worst thing on earth. I am with you on the outrage about the banks, but the United States has never been pure capitalism.
define pure capitalism.

You'd get the worst of both, kind of what we get now.

Capitalism is great. Corporate Capitalism, not so much.

Corporate Capitalism is creating masses that can't be maneuvered around. They'll eventually eat everything then each other.

We have nothing like that now.

We have a croney economy & a croney government, bot of whom bed down together. Companies pay for the laws they want, politicians get rich making laws to tsuit them and their croney corporations.

I meant real capitalism, where companies stand or fall on their own work and viability, no government subsidies or avoiding tax. No bailouts from our tax.

Socialist government, using our tax to help society, not big business.

If big business wasn't shored up by our taxes, there would be more small businesses, as corps wouldn't be able to sustain themselves without gov welfare. Smaller businesses would fill any ctreated space pretty quickly. The MDs may not be on a CEO's millions, but neother would they need to claim welfare because some corporation put them out of businesses, then pays them a pittance to do a tedious job.

Whatever the system if it's ruled be EGOMANIACS it's never going to be fair and the peasants will always be slaves.

True equality is the only way to get in the next level civilization but i doubt we hairless monkey's will ever achieve this noble goal.

We need a system that will not allowed individuals to get pass a certain amount of money so the power balance would become in equilibrium.

Of course easier said than done.

How about putting a smile on someone face instead of a tear!

And I said that you'd get the worst of both if it were ever attempted, because when people in government have power, they don't do the right things. They take bribes. The corporations have the money to bribe them, poor people don't.

What you say sounds great, but it's a complete fairytale.

That's why I said capitalism doesn't exist as soon as government exists.

We have the worst of socialism and capitalism now, which resembles fascism.

I don't think the answer is that simple, but I can see why some people adaptto that philosophy.
