RE: GEORGE FLOYD TRIAL: EXPECTED TO START TOMORROW: COURT T.V.
The crime here is that the cops were charged with a crime.
They did nothing wrong.

If not for the knee on the neck, Floyd would have been smacking his face against the pavement just like he was smacking it against the interior of the vehicle, which is why they took him out of the vehicle.

There's zero physical evidence of mechanical asphyxiation - as stated by Baden himself.
The evidence is from seeing a video of the cop with his knee on the neck. A few months ago the press was screaming about multiple other instances in which Chauvin was known to have employed that restraint as if that was an indictment. They shut up about that when they figured out that it meant:
1. Chauvin was experienced in using that approved restraint.
2. None of the other "victims" died or suffered any injuries as a result.

So we have no evidence of murder, and indisputable evidence of multiple drug toxicity and heart attack.

Gee - I wonder if Chauvin should be found guilty.

This whole event and all of the subsequent protests, riots and violence is based upon a lie and fueled by the media who were screaming "murder" before the body was off the street.

So we'll likely see a video or a live courtroom demonstration of Chauvin performing that same restraining action on a volunteer for about 10 minutes, ending with that volunteer getting up, smiling and waving, and returning to his seat.

Rightfully, those cops will be acquitted and then they will sue for millions upon millions and win.

Never being the sort to pass up an opportunity for Burning, Looting or Mayhem; people who are interested only in the kind of justice that you can't derive from evidence will take to the streets doing what they are expected to do.

I predict that the Biden regime will employ lethal force to quell the riots, as should have been done when the first brick was thrown at the first riot after the media instigated them, because the socially aware warriors for justice libs are not going to have that sh*t happening on their watch the way they were delighted to see it happening before.

George Floyd was the criminal, the cops did nothing wrong.
Everything that has happened since Floyd died of a self-administered drug overdose has been based upon a lie.

The gullibility of the masses and how easily the media can shape their beliefs is about to be exposed, as is the bankrupt core of the BLM and "anti-systemic racism" movements.

Try proving that Floyd would have died of a drug overdose had Chauvin NOT have him on his stomach, handcuffed, 2 other cops holding him down while Chauvin had his knee on his neck for 9 minutes knowing that Floyd couldn't breath.

Go ahead!

BTW: Even though Chauvin was told that Floyd had NO pulse, he chose to NOT roll him on his back or take his knee off his neck for 3 additional minutes.

And that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ is what shows a total disregard for human life.

WTF is a "SHOW TRIAL" Rudis?

"Recent news reports have raised questions about the cause of death of George Floyd, the man whose death during his arrest in Minneapolis, sparked Black Lives Matter protests last summer.

THE QUESTION

Did George Floyd really die from drug use and not homicide?

THE ANSWER

No.

Autopsy results from the Hennepin County medical examiner in Minnesota and a private autopsy both show that although drugs were in Floyd’s system, they did not cause his death. The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide.

WHY WE ARE VERIFYING

Claims have resurfaced in recent days that blame drug abuse for the May 25, 2020, death of Floyd, who was being held down by police during an arrest.

WHAT WE FOUND

The Hennepin County medical examiner ruled the cause of death as “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression.”

A Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s press release says the manner of death is homicide.

Floyd’s family had a second autopsy performed by Dr. Michael Baden and Dr. Allecia Wilson.

Baden found the cause of Floyd’s death as “traumatic asphyxia due to compression of his neck and back during restraint by police” and called the manner of death homicide.

Wilson listed the death as “asphyxia due to neck and back compression led to a lack of blood flow to the brain.”

Notes in a witness contact form from an interview with Dr. Andrew Baker, the Hennepin County medical examiner, show that he found the level of Fentanyl in Floyd’s system was “higher than a chronic pain patient,” but adds, “I’m not saying this killed him.” The notes also mention “a relatively low level of methamphetamine.”

Was I being a pain in the neck? So sorry, it's just that sometimes people feel pinned down and just need to pause and take a breathe. I find a good 7-8 minute pause to be perfect. You can hardly move afterwards.

RE: GEORGE FLOYD TRIAL: EXPECTED TO START TOMORROW: COURT T.V.
"Two autopsies both find George Floyd died by homicide, but differ on some key details

JUNE 4, 2020 / 10:15 AM / CBS NEWS

"George Floyd, the Minnesota man who died after an officer arresting him pressed his knee onto his neck, died by homicide, according to the results of two autopsies released on Monday — one by the county medical examiner and the other by independent pathologists commissioned by Floyd's family. But the two autopsy reports differed on exactly how the man died.

Dr. Allecia Wilson, one of the pathologists who conducted the independent autopsy, said Monday afternoon that Floyd died as a result of mechanical asphyxiation.

But the report released later Monday by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office said Floyd died of "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint and neck compression." The manner of death was ruled homicide, but the office noted that "is not a legal determination of culpability or intent." A preliminary autopsy report cited earlier by prosecutors said the county medical examiner's review "revealed no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

Floyd's death has led to widespread outrage, protests and unrest across the nation. The Minneapolis officer seen kneeling on Floyd's neck, Derek Chauvin, was charged last week with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

The independent autopsy was conducted by Wilson and Dr. Michael Baden. Baden is the former chief medical examiner of New York City, and was also hired in 2014 to conduct the autopsy of Eric Garner, a black man who died when an NYPD officer used a banned chokehold during his arrest. Both Garner and Floyd pleaded with officers that they couldn't breathe before their deaths seen on disturbing videos, and "I can't breathe" has become a rallying cry among those protesting police brutality.

Baden said Floyd died as a result of compression on his neck and back from the officer, which interfered with blood flow and his breathing.

P

"George died because he needed a breath," said Ben Crump, a lawyer representing Floyd's family. "He needed a breath of air."

The Hennepin County medical examiner's office, however, said Floyd experienced cardiopulmonary arrest while being restrained by the officer. The county autopsy said Floyd had "other significant conditions" including "arteriosclerotic and hypertensive heart disease; fentanyl intoxication; [and] recent methamphetamine use." The office had not previously released the findings pending toxicology reports.

But Baden said the further testing wouldn't reveal evidence of compressive pressure on Floyd's neck and back since the pressure would have been released when it was no longer applied. He said large areas of scrapes and abrasions on Floyd's face indicated the force that was used to press him into the ground.

Baden also said that he could find no underlying conditions that contributed to Floyd's death, saying he was in good health. In a criminal complaint, Hennepin County prosecutors said Chauvin "had his knee on Mr. Floyd's neck for eight minutes and 46 seconds. Two minutes and 53 seconds of this was after Mr. Floyd was "non-responsive." Crump said Floyd's death was the result of that sustained pressure to his neck and the pressure on Floyd's back from other officers holding him down"

."This was a brutal and public display of an eight-minute prolonged death," Romanucci said. "This was the lowest level of human respect and dignity that any community should ever have to endure. What this really was was the weight of the Minneapolis police department on George's neck."
