The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41591-020-0820-9

SARS-CoV-2 appears to be optimized for binding to the human receptor ACE2; and (ii) the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 has a functional polybasic (furin) cleavage site at the S1–S2 boundary through the insertion of 12 nucleotides8, which additionally led to the predicted acquisition of three O-linked glycans around the site.

The bat virus that became in SARS CoV 2 is not a mutant
It is an INSERTION of HIV amino acid chains to make the bat virus infectious to humans

That must be your opinion because it certainly doesn't say that in the article you linked.

SARS-CoV-2 is uniquely adapted to infect humans
https://www.news-medical.net/news/202005...umans.aspx

Anyone paying attention knows this is the result of gain of function research being halted in the US, and transferred to Wuhan, under Faucis' oversight, The CCP military then took control.
Concerns were already expressed in the scientific oversight, that the facility was a risk.

That does not explain the speed of the infection
and the outbreaks in many places almost at the same time
virus seeded certainly explains this situation
Also the variants "effectively seeded"

Yes, that is documented fact
