I found some fresh ramen noodles at a local asian market, gonna make a ginger, garlic, chicken, mushroom, serrano chili, baby boy choy ramen for dinner.

Money is tight, an elderly neighbor told me Friskies Turkey and Giblet cat food is ok cooked as hash with a poached egg on top. Will report back. Scream1

That sounds delicious.

I have a hard time finding baby bok choy where I live, though it is one of my top 3 favorite vegetables.

Tonight I am making steamed asparagus, tilapia fillets, and white rice.

Tartar sauce on the side and also my homemade peanut sauce recipe for the rice and fussy husband who doesn't like tartar:

Peanut butter
Fish sauce
Chili paste
Lemon juice
Milk

So many calories. So much yum!

Lol... I've had this discussion with my (American) husband, him calling it mac n cheese and me Kraft Dinner.
