Got off work around Friday 11pm last night came home and crashed.
Normally stay up a bit and unwind when I get home because I don't have to be back at work till 7pm Saturday Night.

But I just got out of bed and its 7am

At the risk of sounding like a hypocrite (because I'm the worst sleeper in the world), you really should pay attention when your body wants sleep (and not feel guilty for getting it when you need it). Lack of sleep is one of the biggest contributors to all of the big diseases, like cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Think I am fighting off something.

Could be. All of my nieces and nephews have this awful flu that's going around. Stock up on vitamin C.

RE: uggg I must have been tired.
i went to sleep kind of early last night too.
woke up blowing hot chunks of yellow.

i noticed my left ear last night gave me a pain i should have recognized, meaning a cold was showing up.
idk why but it hurts my ears first.
