Baking soda also work in less than 30 sec but you cannot use that on a daily basis.

1 teaspoon in a glass of water and voila!

How about putting a smile on someone face instead of a tear!

2 things...

If you have had this for a while, and the ACV doesn't help, you MAY have
H. pylori in your gut. You can research it. You would be given something like the
"Purple Pill" (Nexium) and an antibiotic. This isn't something you want to have for a
long time. Acid in your esophagus causes serious inflammation and can lead to
situations that can be dire.

IF you are a bit fluffy in the belly, make every attempt to lose the gut if your AR
mainly bothers you at night. This helped me. I used to eat Tums like candy.
Lost the belly, now I rarely have problems.

If you don't have H. pylori, believe it or not, AR can be caused by not enough acid in
your stomach. Without going into a wall of words, the ACV is acidic and calms your
symptoms. Again, do some research on how to relieve your AR. Really kind of interesting.

Having constant or near constant heartburn is no way to live. Especially when you
wake up choking from a throat full of dinner acid.

What the others have suggested will help in the short term, but won't address the
root cause. Eliminating the root cause is the goal here.

This^^

People think they are alone, when you have so many organisms in your body that help you stay alive, treat them well because you depend on them.
