It just gets so slow when I leave it unattended.

Firefox has half a dozen processes, over half are over 500,000K usage. a few over 1,000,000K.

it's just a few tabs with one or two videos.

i think someones up to something. wut?

Firewall it. Then only replies to your outgoing requests can get in.

More and likely not, you have to have an expensive video card to mine butcoin..... Download malwarebytes and scam you pc

Chrome and Firefox have gotten so bloated it's ridiculous.

The more ram you add the more those programs are using imo.

Something fishy and chrome is a joke.

I've locked down an old version of iron.

I've played around with an old version Firefox called "light"

I making this post using surf browser. It has to be the most simplistic browser ever.
But it works... and works well. No tabs or fancy buttons, no history, no address bar, no nothing really.
