Was he wrongfully terminated? Is it ok for the FBI to lie?

Why?
As a lifelong leech suckling off the public tit, all the while stabbing said people in the back, he has been supported by his victims long enough.
Look at the bright side, he is qualified, barely, to get a job as a greeter at Walmart.

Career FBI, fired 26 hrs before his scheduled retirement. For what, because he didn't vote for Trump. He was recused from the Hillary investigation- had nothing to do with it. I realize politics are dirty but this is not how you do people.

Although he could go work for the Post Office (or TVA) for two or three days and get his retirement...

Career FBI=Bureaucrat=Leech.
The entrenched bureaucracy is the real enemy.
No one should work for the government for more than 5 years.

I have less than admirable opinion of the FBI due to the 911 criminal coverup. That said, I do believe in worker's rights, and retirement after a period of service is one of them. Whether it be a government position or not.

That will fly like a lead balloon.

They have proof he lied and did other things...

That is grounds for termination anywhere.

Traitorous prick just wants his retirement.

He should have gone to Leavenworth for his treachery

The only question I have is why he hasn't been charged. He's done no less than what Flynn was charged for. Perhaps a plea deal?

Some reading if you're interested..

RE: McCabe Suing FBI and DOJ for Wrongful Termination
As detailed in this report, the OIG found that then-Deputy Director Andrew
McCabe lacked candor, including under oath, on multiple occasions in connection
with describing his role in connection with a disclosure to the WSJ, and that this
conduct violated FBI Offense Codes 2.5 and 2.6. The OIG also concluded that
McCabe’s disclosure of the existence of an ongoing investigation in the manner
described in this report violated the FBI’s and the Department’s media policy and
constituted misconduct.

Misconduct is grounds for dismissal. LOL no case.

If you had as much dealings with all levels and departments of state and federal level bureaucracy as I have had, you would also despise them.

Funny. If these guys ever worked a day in the private sector they wouldn't last a month.

I've had jobs where they gave me a pink slip on Friday afternoon, told me not to come back on Monday and have a good weekend.

Lmao
