There's no argument over the dangers of street use of such powerful drugs, but what is a concern to me is the latest cause celeb known as the "opioid crisis" where doctors are being scrutinized for the administering pain medication.
I understand that they can and are being over prescribed in some cases but the unintended result is that there may be a hesitancy to administer them due to government threats and pressures to patients that require them to free them from debilitating pain.

I write this from a position of someone who regularly administered fentanyl patches to a terminal family member (before the current uproar) and understand what a godsend these drugs were. It would trouble me if others now have to suffer in pain because of government stepping between the the doctor and the patient.

Moral of the Story: Don't Be a Pill Popper.

I think they are cutting heroine with this stuff now. That way they can cut other stuff into the product and it still knocks you out.

It's amazing to me how far humans go to lose control.

fentantl and oxy should never have been allowed. Heroin is safer. Hell, street heroin is probably safer and less addictive. That family the Sacklers that got rich from it needs to be jailed. Unfortunately being drawn and quartered is considered barbaric these days but if any deserved such. http://muricatoday.com/billionaire-famil...te-crisis/

Lost two that way. One spent a good six months screaming in agony and the other was so severe that the pain caused a heart attack of some sort. Couldn't even talk to them the last few weeks because pain was too great to even talk.

Hey NN - I read that inhaling a small amount, even by accident or by a jerk's bad intentions can kill ya too. Two policemen almost died and all they did was find the stuff. They breathed a few particles in accidently.

So, water about water drinking supplies? Are they safe? Have you heard?

Why?

I think HM is too ashamed to come here and admit he wanted it closed because HE DOESN'T LIKE ME. I'm crushed but I'll get over it.

I didn't close it but I think the complaint was over concerns with public safety and liability. I noted that there's nothing being posted that ones with harmful intent wouldn't already know.

That said any posts encouraging uses of that are against TOS and we will vigilantly remove anything instructing on how to do so if anyone is low enough to post that.

I see nothing wrong with the thread remaining as is. Like SC said just report anything that should be removed or dealt with. TY

There are 453,592 milligrams in 1 pound > 26,761,928 corpses.

minimum of 115 lbs of fentanyl is needed to kill 26 million people (with lethal dose @ 2 milligrams per person)
