comcrap is the most dishonest and greedy of all ISPs in the U.S. we are stuck with them because our apt has a contract with them. when i asked them about possible restrictions when net neutrality will end, they derailed the subject every time.

Get a good vpn if you want to stream, even from legit sites like Netflix. VPN providers sometimes have sales and offer service for about $50 year. With a vpn, Comcast can't really follow what you're doing online, so they won't throttle the speed.
