I've read of a tribe in the S. Pacific where men lactate and breast feed the children too. At times watching my children breast feeding, I wished I could do it too. I thought it would be gratifying in many ways if I could. Maybe they use special herbs or something. Never tracked it down fully.

She was such a good and loving mother.

Anyone who doesn’t have children can get the f*#k off this thread!

You don’t know sh*t!

Breast is best is the depopulation agenda!

Populations have boomed with the advent of formula.

Carbs, fat, and protein! The rest is bullshit!

1950s pseudoscience at best.

It's all about corporate profit$, not the health of the child.

Breastfed kids are much less likely to have disorders like asthma, allergies, and type 1 diabetes.

Agreed with all of you. I say if a government keeps the mothers breast milk from the child in the bonding mode, it is a human rights violation.

People have the right to say whatever they want. You don't have to listen.

I, unlike the left, am always open to the communication. I do not believe that the government should come between a mothers nipple and her baby's mouth. Please tell me where I am wrong on this.

You are an idiot is all people are saying, because you fly off the handle without even understanding what others are posting. For example, you called me a leftist for making the same exact argument as you were - that the govt shouldn't be involved in something like this that is a family choice, and that most women are breastfeeding anyway, so it is a stupid argument for the WHO to make against the US. I posted the guidelines just so that people might see what is coming down the tube if the US should happen to agree.

Breastfeeding should be a choice. It should not be forced upon women. Did you read the guidelines? That a woman breastfeed exclusively for six months and continue to supplement for a minimum of two years? What does that mean - that companies will have to provide 6 months of maternity leave and/or be forced to have on-site daycares? Women have spend decades trying to compete in the workforce, and who will hire a young married woman in her child-bearing years if she is going to go off and have 2-4 kids, taking 1/2 year off at a pop? Employers cannot afford that!

Hey, they do not want to be women anymore or dont act like them anymore, why would you think they want to give their child the best, most are too selfish.
Easily life bottle feeding "IT'S OUR CHOICE!"

You didn't read the article, did you? It wasn't the "wimmin" opposing it, but the Trump admin.

Because women just do what they're told, right?

Rolleyes

If they're to dumb to know how to feed their baby I fail to see how that is the government's responsibility.

You are not wrong.

That is what the government does... they tell people what to do. They have the right to do that even if you don't agree with them. Same with posters in this thread. People have the right to their opinion. You have the right to tell them to go f*#k themselves.

NO THEY DO NOT
