Find a nice house that's for sale and move in.

It takes months in most places to legally evict you.

Heartflowers

Time to f*#k the system back.

How does creating problems for a homeowner trying to sell a home equate to f*cking the system? Sounds like you'd just be f*cking your fellow countrymen.

Find a bank foreclosure.

Banks will sell foreclosures with cash only, right ?

The retard hipsters in NYC line up around the block to pay $5000 a month for a tiny apartment they have to share.

Lolf2

Supply & demand, isn't it grand?

Even if Trump is going up against the grain, the status quo is just waiting him out and will revert back to their agenda once he is out (unless he gets another political party started) and this place will be like Brazil, or worse.

That means people won't be making more income while home prices in a cheap location will be $800K and will be $3m in any city suburb. The rents will be $2500 in places where they are now $500 and the cities will be $5000 minimum.

I don't envy anyone being born today. They will be miserable.

what it all boils down to is...the owner of the apt complex who owns several other buildings around the bay area, and who is incredibly rich..AND who takes regular trips overseas for vacation only thinks about making a profit and not so much in way of caring and or compassion towards struggling families/seniors on SSI
