i still feel like my soul is sixteen.

i figured out when things are going nice and well and humming along smoothly you dont remember those times as much.
its when things get bad that you remember mostly.
idk it makes sense in my head..

I had a great childhood !

Our family remembers Mom and Dad every year on their birthdays as the best parents around - not perfect - just humans who worked everyday to make a nice life for us and gave us experiences we won't forget in a lifetime - like ng after they have passed

God Bless Mom and Dad who did the best they could with what they had

When things are not good - you identify similar feelings from the past and ruminate over them as "reasons" the Hingis aren't as they should be ...the seeds of DEPRESSION are allowing these thoughts to take up permanent residence in your head...
Instead just feel your current unpleasant feelings ...and let them go ... Don't go digging up "reasons" and justifications

Leave some space for good feelings to return ... Or that black hole can suck you into a negative phase and depression ... Don't go there

They say it gives you time to think about things. Some say time heals all. Truly time hasn't healed my wounds.

Very sad

Only by the grace of Reiki aka higher consciousness Love have I been able to reconcile and rebuke all the negative self defeating low consciousness garbage thrown at me and all of us.

And it has taken half my life to heal that when I started right out of high school.

So for those of you who are older and are doing any amount of healing and awakening work on yourself, commendations to you are greatly deserved for being courageous enough to admit the trauma and work to heal it.

I send you Reiki to assist, as always.

Namaste dear masters. Heartflowers

It's up to you.

I've been learning this and proved it true for myself.

It's really up to you to choose to having a proactive and positive attitude and reject negative thoughts.

The other thing to realise, is you HAVE to fight. No matter where you are, you will have to fight something. Even if you don't look for it, it will eventually come to you, and then that will be your fight.

You have to fight. Because, that is what this place is, it's the place of the fight.

So, you can either accept this and choose to start fighting, or not and suffer from the outcome of your inaction.

I have found that yes, time does indeed heal, but you have do your part in the process. You have to choose to put in the effort.

If you can learn to choose to have a good attitude, and accept that you have to fight, you will have done yourself a great service.
