Anxiety and depression caused by stress linked to gut bacteria living in intestines, scientists find.

Anxiety and depression could be linked to the presence of bacteria in the intestines, scientists have found.

A study on laboratory mice has shown that anxious and depressive behaviour brought on by exposure to stress in early life appears only to be triggered if

This is linked to the type of food eaten. Vegetables and grains support healthy bacteria, meat supports pathogenic bacteria that cause colon cancer.
Our guts are too long to digest meat properly. A dog or cat has a gut one quarter as long as ours, so bacteria doesn't have a chance to putrify. The chart that follows shows that humans are just like are close relatives, apes and Chimps, and are meant to eat vegetables and fruit:

chimps do eat meat too. You forgot that. They hunt bush-babies and other monkies. So is human.

If you do not eat meat and pure vegy you will go mental and will have serious side-effects later on. Thats why vegn eaters try hard to balance but fail a lot and have MOOD ISSUES.

I'm inclined to think people with irritable bowel and chest gas or skipped beats internalize stress

So I seen this the other day. I started have operations at 11 -and mental health issues around the same time. I have had all the organs possible to remove minus one ovary removed. I totally agree with this science study.

Jane Goodal says Chimps eat only 3% of their calories from meat. Sure they like it, just like humans, but it isn't good for them, and numerous feeding studies show they get all the same diseases we do when they are fed meat.

Meat is their favourite food. It makes them strong and aggressive and is as good for them as it is for us (a kind-of double edged nutritional value).

If you are pure veggy and know what you are doing you will not go mental or have serious side effects later on. You are likely to live longer and have far less health issues than a meat eater.

If you only ever eat meat purchased from late night vendors after a night of hardcore binge drinking, e.g. kebabs, saveloys, "lamb" curries etc, then that meat rarely stays in your system more than a few hours anyway, passing through the intestines at the same rate as the garlic bread, onion rings, deep fried Mars bars and any other healthy options that you might choose.

Excellent post. I cleared a lot of my depression and anxiety by switching to Pescetarianism first, then vegetarianism, in addition to supplements (especially B vits.) That image is one for the hard drive. Thanks!!!
