I changed the title a little lmao.

Don't want people to get the wrong idea.

Sorry i have not posted much this year as i have others.
Been a very rough year, maybe the roughest i have ever had.
I am not the same person i used to be and i may never be again.

Sometimes I post a lot, sometimes I don't. Don't worry about it.

Sometimes we have to go through things to become the person we're meant to be.

This may sound freaking weird but I try to "enjoy" my depressive bouts nowadays. Sure my thinking is way slower, but it's almost always also way "deeper". That and knowing it will eventually clear up again keeps me going.

Next week I am starting with carbamazepine, an epilepsy medication, but it works also as mood-stabilizer.

Hope your rough patch clears up soon Heartflowers

I am trying to keep my head above water so to speak but it is not easy.

I was still here pretty much every day, just not posting much, but to keep an eye on things. When depressed it can feel like the whole world wants something from you and you simply don't have the energy to even reply to one person.

But I pretty much always keep an eye on LOP.

People dying like flies all around. That's for sure. Here too. I don't like it.

Suicide is one of the hardest deaths to deal with. I mean why didn't they come to us with their problem? Their strife, their sadness, their whatever and share it with us? In a way they anger me. I mean it. Leave us here with another less friend. What were they thinking?

I take a deep breath.

Epilepsy RX, as a med for depression? Gee. The few times I've been in your country, I rarely saw a sunny day. One of the reasons I live in the South is the abundant sunshine and lack of snow. Am I saying that there's a connection? Mmm, I think our eyes and skin to get a certain amount of golden rays of sunlight to feel right as rain. :()

I have a friend whose daughter was severely impacted by meds to control her seizures. She is now profoundly retarded. And still has grand mal attacks every day!

As a conspiracy lunatic, I oppose all forms of the Control System, incl. Big Pharma and its noxious potions. There are plants and herbs that actually cure health issues instead of "treating" them, whatever that means. Passiflora incarnata is one such plant, for example, that responsible labs are investigating to relieve symptoms of epilepsy. It's a natural soporific.

I hope you get relief from what ails you, without some drastic side effect. The System makes it hard on holistic doctors and calls them quacks. Oh, the irony. If any such practitioners are available in your area, you may want to look into this line of wise medicine, which gov plans do not pay for. I also collect books and eBooks on natural cures. Pot, btw, has healing virtues, without the thc. A harmless high? Well, maybe, not my cup o' tea. But after observing many pothead students and nephews over lo, these many years, they sure seem to be, IDK, slower on the uptake, IYKWIM.

Please find a cure, Mr. D.

Some people have expressed that they wanted to make a small gift, buy me a pizza or some beverages. Although I don't have many wants or needs, it would be nice to be able to celebrate my bday properly.

If that is the case for you, I ask you to use this link:

https://www.paypal.me/MarcoZwaneveld

We don't need LoP donations for next month, that's already covered.

Love you all... Heartflowers

Sent you a little birthday present, D, and forgot to put who it's from. Oops. Have a good one, D. Cheer Heartflowers

When people talk about depression, it's always about the sadness, nihilistic feelings, etc.

What's rarely is talked about is "The impossible Task". Something as simple as checking email, making a phonecall, opening mail can seem such an impossible task. And the worst part is that nobody understands it.

Sometimes i wish i had a big dent in my skull, so i could say, "yo, i can't do that because i have a big dent in my head".

I had fights with good friends over this. They see you laugh at their jokes, so they say "you're not depressed, you're smiling!" When you say you can't do something, they say you're just lazy.

What i am trying to say it that asking for help in case of feeling suicidal can be such "An Impossible Task". It nearly costed me my life..

I have tried every anti-depressant there currently is. Some worked a little but the sideeffects were so horrible i had to quit. I had the weirdest sideeffects too. Imagine standing at a traffic light and having to look left and right but your vision is slower than your head turns..

I just want a stable mood, so lets hope this helps..
