If I'm being honest. She was better as a punk rocker and even then meh. But that's just my opinion. I'm also not a fan of all this depressive bullshit they call music these days. It's bad enough half the country wants to kill itself and then every time you turn on the radio it's crybaby sh*t.

Songs 3 1/2 mins long, you posted two mins after the thread was open, What you do watch 30 secs and posted?

Idiot

About a minute.

I skipped through to make sure nothing changed. It may be genuine to her but the composition comes off generic and I bore of it quickly.

RE: Avril Lavigne Has A New Song
Avril Lavigne has been suffering with Lyme Disease since 2014. Her battles with this insidious disease is the inspiration for her writing "Head Above Water."

I also have Lyme disease and I am grateful she is spreading awareness through her music.

Beating Lyme can be a very tough and long fight. Props to Avril for being resilient.

LETTER FROM AVRIL:
posted on avrillavigne.com. September 6th, 2018:

"Hi guys,
I’m so excited to finally be able to announce the first single off my new album along with its release date. Five years have gone by since I released my last album. I spent the last few years at home sick fighting Lyme Disease.
Those were the worst years of my life as I went through both physical and emotional battles. I was able to turn that fight into music I’m really proud of. I wrote songs in my bed and on the couch and recorded there mostly as well.
Words and lyrics that were so true to my experience came pouring out of me effortlessly. Truly... by keeping my spirits up, having goals to reach and a purpose to live for, my music helped to heal me and keep me alive."

RE: Avril Lavigne Has A New Song
[ ]She should write a song called 'Don't tick me off' since she's a punk physically possessed by tick fever.
