The Science of Meditation – can it really change you?

It definitely slows down stress hormones! :)

So, in return that could make you appear younger. Especially aided with proper breathing techniques...getting the correct amount of oxygen throughout one's body is healthy!

I cant find the test that was performed this year, but that's what it indicated, peoples biological age was wound back in their brain and in their body when measured long term. The imaging on the monks brains indicated they must be unmedicated schizophrenics which the monks thought was kind of giggle worthy.
