HUMAN RESOURCES Social Engineering In The 20th Century

Human Resources: Social Engineering in the 20th Century explores the rise of mechanistic philosophy and the exploitation of human beings under modern hierarchical systems. Topics covered include behaviorism, scientific management, work-place democracy, schooling, frustration-aggression hypothesis and human experimentation

Scott Noble, the filmmaker behind the extraordinary and informative documentary “Psywar,” has made another revelatory and important documentary, available free to the public, called “Human Resources: Social Engineering in the 20th Century.”

https://libcom.org/blog/human-resources-...y-19042012

It's a documentary about Social Control, examining the history, the philosophy and ultimately the pathology of elite power.

Overall, Human Resources is rough around the edges but still overloaded with gems. Set aside some time to digest this - and take notes.

Scott Noble does an admirable job of fitting ten hours of material into two. He gives the space to all the people he interviews... there's a metric ton of ideas here and he lets almost all of them unfold and breathe at their own pace.

The real question here should be what the heck is this video doing on the second to last page?

Remarkable insight on how fear and manipulation is used and has been for decades. Medial and entertainment, schools. WTF have we done?

RE: HUMAN RESOURCES Social Engineering In The 20th Century
They social engineer us from cradle to grave, most of us are zombies and don't pay attention to it, but we do, the people of CT pay attention to it. From what I can tell they have been studying us for a long time, we have traits of a herd animal, no doubt they have tried to make this a science that they can manipulate us with. Look at the little kid in the video with the rabbit, at first he liked the rabbit but then the Dr. started making noises behind his head when he reached out for the rabbit, till he was terrified to touch the rabbit at all when it came around, he would cry at the sight of the rabbit. No doubt they have catalogued this kind of thing for centuries now.

Nevertheless I do have to laugh at the self-proclaimed "anarchist" prattling about the working class. Some people cannot get away from collectivist thinking no matter how hard they try.

Lmao

It's deeper than mere social engineering. It's Darwinian selection of the
fittest to reproduce and survive.

The corps and government vet their employees before hiring.
Anyone with an independent outlook, e.g. someone who posts on CT sites,
is considered a red flag, and anyone that toes the corpse-line is selected.
This follows all the way through the career path and promotion process.

The corpses are WINNNING!
The living are dying.
