Having a cup of unsweetened Ceylon Orange Pekoe right now... settles my stomach and giving a much needed jolt.

I love tea, black, green, iced, sweet, plain, herbal...don't matter. Love them all.
I'll even brew some up and throw it in the bath. Good for you.

Got into ordering such things as single estate Assam's (mmmm Malty), Formosa Oolongs, China black and red varieties.... didn't care much for Tibetan pu-erh though... too much like dirt.

Even the most expensive tea in the world can be had for less than a dollar a cup. Affordable luxury.

Chysanthemum is great in the summer... helps cool, lets the body hold water. The others you list are pretty healthy too.
Never tried the grape root though... and is the dandelion roasted root or leaves?

Having a nice cuppa right now, actually.

Nothing fancy, just plain old Tetley.

My stomach's been hurting lately... long story, but I think it's the tannins that are actually helping settle things down. Counterintuitive I know, but that's what I'm finding.

I love tea, and got a variety pack of Teavana tea for Christmas, with a little steeper to brew it in.

It's pretty cool. I really like the Sakura Allure, it's got a great raspberry flavor. Really good with honey.

Now that sounds good....

From Teavana

Elegantly cut bamboo is the base of this enchanting green tea blend, enhancing the clean refreshing taste of cherry, pineapple, mango, rose and hibiscus. The Kyoto temple’s Sakura blossoms in full bloom make the spiritual coupling of floral and fruit come alive as rose and hibiscus intertwine with lively cherry, mango and candied pineapple.
