I must have been on hiatus when the term "snowflake" emerged.
Would someone explain its meaning and usage.

Somebody said it and it stuck.

I remember people talking about "melting snowflakes" when referencing all the people who found it necessary to react to Trumps election by crying. I think Snowflake itself came from descriptions of millenials liberal ideas pertaining to individuality and sensibility. Basically "we're all individual snowflakes and we should be careful of everything we do that we don't offend somebody". Pussies is the old school definition that I use.

An extremely delicate individual who is powerless unless in a crowd of like minded people. They also melt when the heat is on.

Liberal left commie pinko psycho. They need a safe spot to feel like they are not threatened, unless they are in a crowd of like minded people, Then they become out of control violent thugs, until the heat is turned up.

This is what I can gather from what I have read.

Snowflakes are all unique, and all very special.
A generation(s?) of children have grown up with people telling them all how very special, unique and important they all are - ie. these children are all special little snowflakes.

This has brought about a group of people who are all incredibly entitled and self righteous.

OK, do I have this right?

"Snowflake" is a term conservative Trumptards use to refer to liberals who had a "meltdown" when Trump won the election?

No it predates that. More so for the generation of people educated to believe that their individual self and needs are paramount over the collective. To put it bluntly.

It is specifically applied to millennials in popular culture. But yeah, everyone these days has become entitled to what little they have with times growing tougher.

The real choice, is do we want to sit around and fight each other? You only asked where the term came from I don't care to talk about how retarded all of you are for choosing to see the world through polarized eyes of propagandists.

The term originally comes from the movie Fight Club.

and now.... somehow... this Orwellian nightmare is fashionable.

LOP caters to elitism now.... and it's wrong to challenge a system of corporate greed.
