I mean the mid-90s sort of like 94 to 97ish. The period of time where it wasn't the early day glo colors and funky prints everywhere but before it turned into the era of rap rock and boy bands and stuff.

Even though everything was angsty and there were still problems in the world, there was still something sort of magical about that time. The music was better too.

I don't want to be a teenager again, but I wish I could have been my age now at that time and fully experienced it as an adult.

I guess this is just getting old!

I am with you OP, I was 14 and had more freedom than i could imagine at this point in time. I wouldnt give up anything for the world but... I miss the days when everyone was GENERALLY happy. at least thats the way everyone seemed to me. but hey i could be wrong.

I was angsty alright, and like many others couldn't wait till VR came out complete with VR girls so we wouldn't have to put up with demanding females anymore.

just like in the married with children episode 'User Friendly'

We had wait about 10 years before it became reality, though.

I remember the 90s as being sort of a golden age for music of many kinds. Not the boy band/Britney Spears sh*t but bands like Sugar Ray and Nirvana. Lots of catchy tunes from the 90s.

Yes, my wife was alive then. We were just starting out an amazing adventure. Those were some good times. Finished college then, things were just better in so many ways then. Jobs were still easy to get, not nearly as many people helpless and hopeless.

90's were awful IMO, but it's nice to see someone actually appreciate these years.

Everything about the 90s sucked except for the music.

O yeah, all right

I floated through the nineties on sea of scotch, sails billowing in the weed with crisp nyborg on my mustache........
