The United States Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a case on the issue of expedited removal of individuals who have their claims for asylum denied by an immigration judge.

The Constitution applies to all AMERICAN CITIZENS!
Illegal aliens are, by definition, not American citizens and therefore do not have Constitutional protections. It's about time the Supreme Court got one right

The United States Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear a case on the issue of expedited removal of individuals who have their claims for asylum denied by an immigration judge.

The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last August that illegal alien non-citizens do not have a constitutional right to due process if they are denied asylum. The ruling was challenged by 28 women and 33 children from El Salvador, Honduras, and Guatemala. These illegal immigrants were detained in Texas shortly after crossing the border and claimed asylum, but the judge denied their asylum saying they lacked ‘credible fear’ for persecution and ordered them removed.

The ruling established that that they did not have any constitutional rights of review if denied entry into the country.

Asylum seekers crossing into Canada increase with warmer weather

Canadian authorities caught 887 asylum seekers crossing unlawfully into Canada from the United States in March, nearly triple the number in January, according to numbers released by the government Wednesday.

This brings the total number of asylum seekers caught walking across the border to 1,860 so far this year. The new statistics suggest those numbers could rise further as the weather warms.

Canada is on track to see the highest number of asylum claims in six years, given the pace of claims filed so far, as increasing numbers of people cross into Canada to make refugee claims in the wake of U.S. President Donald Trump's election and his crackdown on refugees and illegal immigrants.

It's not hard to understand!

Errr, wrong.

Liberals in general have not supported the 2nd Amendment since the 70's.

I made it abundantly clear that everyone has natural rights, but these are defined by the Constitution in general and in the first ten of Bill of Rights. However they are defined for citizens and there isn't any structure for protection for illegal aliens because they are breaking the law and.not citizens.

If this information is accurate, the US Supreme Court just ruled that the US Constitution is de facto subordinated to the French Declaration of human rights of 1789.

In other words, the "Déclaration des droits de l'homme et du citoyen" of 1789 should take precedence as, obviously the state of human being is more basic than the state of American citizen.
