You know the US is doomed when Americans would rather attack the messenger who warns of tyranny rather than criticize government abuse.

We are attacking the messenger because the "message" is a lie. Trump isn't rolling back any rights so Amnesty is just making sh*t up for political donations from the hysterical left.

Americans used to believe in freedom.

Yes. Many still do and that is why they are fighting people trying to take away their right to defend their home. It's isn't a right to invade, but it is a right to defend.

f*#k all this BS about "Rights".

Before any talk about rights there is the question of RESPONSIBILITIES.

And the first of these responsibilities is to OBEY THE LAW.

Yup.

FIRST come Responsibilities.

If one has PROVEN themselves to be RESPONSIBLE, then they have Rights.

Not before.

It's actually the complete opposite. All have rights, not all exercise those rights. And some rights have great responsibilities or you lose them to power mongers.

Supreme Court upholds lower court ruling that illegal aliens do not have any constitutional rights of review if denied entry into United States!

https://www.numbersusa.com/news/supreme-...=hootsuite
This one is rather interesting use of the term, "rights".

Hey, I have an idea. Go through the full Constitution including its preamble and search word for the words, 'right', and 'rights', and see where those lines are found, and what those lines are say, and to whom they are saying it.

It is commonly held (as if self-evident) that there are 'god-given rights'. Some of those god-given rights as set up to be protected by the Constitution. These are Protected Rights, or more properly stated, "Constitutionally Protected god-given Rights"

What is a "right of review"...? Is that a god-given Right, or is that more along the lines of a Privilege?

What then are "constitutional rights?" One of them you can find in the Constitution is "The Rights of States"... but textual search of the body of the Constitution is something that many of the 'laypeople' seldom do, not that they can't, they just don't.

I have not yet read the Majority Opinion nor the Minority Opinion of the Justices of the Supreme Court and their published Decision. But I will, as I am interested in seeing if and how they have used the concept of "Constitutional Rights" in their arguments, if in fact they did or if this was all a bunch of hype and misunderstanding on the part of the Media, Politicos, and the People.

Nonetheless it is in wisdom to go and actually read and understand the Decision of the Court rather than let air-head Media or butt-hurt mindless zombies dictate to you what that Court had themselves said. Read the Decision it is own words, or do you also let other people chew the food and then spoon fed it to you after pre-chewed by them?

You don't have a "right" to cross borders.

Tell that to your ancestors who crossed the border to slaughter the Native Americans

Maybe Amnesty now thinks that increasing regulations, opening concentration camps, keeping forfeiture, banning free speech, religious freedom, guns, freedom from warrantless searches, and freedom from torture are threats to human rights.

Spoken like a true retard. Bravo, sir. Bravo.

Bullshit propaganda. The 'Natives" were killing each other before any Whites arrived.

So joining in and commence killing on an industrial scale was obviously the way to go.

Has Trump ended curfews, gun bans, NSA wiretapping, checkpoints, forfeiture, the end to the right to silence, free speech bans, torture, kill lists, no fly lists, searches without warrants, private prisons, mandatory minimums, 3 strikes laws, DNA databases, CISPA, SOPA, NDAA, IMBRA, FBAR, FATCA, TSA groping, secret FISA courts, and Jade Helm?
