No it's not. Ann Coulter has always made her $$ from being a political sh*t stirrer.

Egqltpjc Probably why I love her so much.

Ann Coulter is very close friends to actor and comedian "Dy-no-mite" Jimmie Walker (he's a Republican) of the 70s TV show Good Times. Despite rumors that they date, they claim not to. To be a fly on the wall when those two start cutting up. lol

Well said Toast.

I'd be pissed if I booked a seat and they let someone else have it.

It's happened to me once too, I was the last one to board because I wasn't sure if I was going to see someone again, but had long before checked in.

Got on the plane and some dude was in my seat.

They wouldn't move him, he refused to move and wanted to put me in a shitty seat.

Took several complaints but got to fly first class.

They should of just moved that guy though, because if I paid first class I'd be pissed some guy got to go in there the way I did.

Booking an "extra room seat" is not a booked paid for seat.
It's complimentary yours until the airline needs it.

"Ann Coulter had an online meltdown on Saturday after Delta Airlines gave away an “extra room” seat she booked next to her own before the flight left the ground."

Forgot to include drunken pedo bears. My bad. We dont care what you think either.

Triggered twice in one thread?
Oh my, perhaps you'd best go lie down with a hot water bottle and a cold compress?

Triggered or not, you are still a loser, a buffoon and yes, a drunken pedo bear.

I don't think the language has been clear if Ann purchased an extra seat or not. Poor journalism in all of the articles I read. You'd think at least addressing the obvious question of whether this was a paid seat for her would've been written up.

You'd also think all of the passengers would be booking extra room seats if Delta just offers them up free of charge when you book your seating and there'd be a lot more pissed off people when they don't get their complimentary seat. Aren't most flights almost fully booked these days? Mine have been, as infrequently as I fly lately.

You would think that would have been addressed from the get-go..paid seat or not Ann?
I've not read anything about her wanting a refund for the extra seat or Delta compensating her.
As far as other passengers booking the extra seat and having to give it up they most likely were aware of that possibility, something that Ann seems unable to grasp if that was the case.
Fully booked flights, yes, and overbooked flights they may be cutting back on due to the media exposure and changing their policies upping the $$$$ to those that get bumped.

I've never even heard of being able to book a complimentary seat next to your paid seat. Guess I don't fly enough to know all of the perks. Had I known about complimentary seats when flying when my children were younger, I would have requested them.

There is no such thing as bad press for loud-mouth Ann. That's part of her $ale$ gig. lol

not the appeal of an author. Just like nice voice radio

Liberal Huffpo of all places did include comments about compensation. Maybe this piece was written later than other articles about the incident and they were able to talk with a Delta spokesman. Reading the Huffpo piece sure makes it seem like only one seat was at the root of the problem - a seat with extra room - her pre-booked seat -singular.

--
"Coulter claimed she was upset over the alleged seat change because she took the time to “investigate” Delta’s aircraft and meticulously chose her “pre-booked seat.” She pointed fingers at the female passenger in the above photo, claiming that she had “waltz[ed] at the last min” and took her seat.

“But at least @Delta was nice @ it,” Coulter continued, “summarily snatching my ticket from my hand & ordering me to move w/o explanation, compensation or apology.”

snip

Brown, the Delta spokesman, couldn’t disclose details of the incident, but said that airline representatives would reach out to Coulter, as they would any customer with similar claims.

However, one of Coulter’s last tweets Saturday that she had not been offered any compensation or apology for her woes.
