Thread for the most pathetic gadgets ever invented.

When I was a kid my sister got one of these and never used it, so I decided to try it on my arm hairs thinking it actually worked and I wanted to see how. It was just a spinning spring that ripped the hair out. Long story short, it went less than an inch on my arm before the spring stopped spinning and hairs were tied up in the spring which was yanking hard on my arm while I screamed in pain. My sister laughed, unplugged it, and had to cut the taught hair between the sping and my skin to free me of this monster.

I learned the hard way why she never used it.
