Suddenly the politicians are concerned about the environment ... BS ... They're just playing everyone so they can live their pockets and the pockets of their "friends" ... You can also Net the house that there are technologies that have been surpressed by corporate entities and the government to block economic change.

I'm not going to waste time debating you anymore than I will the ancient astronaut theorists or the flat earthers. The scientific consensus is overwhelming against your position, and for good reason.

No doubt that the climate alarmists have amassed the best consensus money can buy.

But you won't debate this because you can't.

You haven't offered a scintilla of rebuttal or counterpoint to even one of my arguments.

IOW you lost. chucklechuckle

Well...

To some extent the warmunists are right, the climate is changing.

In fact that is one of the reasons we know Mannian proxy temperature reconstructions are wrong, they show too little variability.

We know the MWP existed, and was warmer. Some of the Viking sites in Greenland that grew grain are still permafrost.

There has been at least one study to measure CO2 forcing, and there is some, a little.

However the combination of low future CO2 growth and weak forcing means AGW is true and CAGW isn't.

And there you go.

It will warm - but not to the point that even the IPCC claims it will hurt crop production. Even the IPCC concedes the change has been beneficial to this point.

So what the warmunists are asking us to do is deliberately shoot ourselves in the foot, for no reason.

What is worse, is they want us to reload.

there are several theories but nobody knows why we got stuck in this Ice Age cycle. And nobody knows to what degree climate change is anthro forced or of natural origins..

What we do know is that climate has always been changing and the mild period in which modern man evolved is an aberration.

lol stupid hippies, no thinking intelligent person could seriously believe all the climate change lies.

Isn't funny how they went from global warming and turned it into climate change, guess the global warming thingy wasn't working as they planned.

Sceptics won't be going to jail.

There are some very nervous so called climate scientists, though.

You are wrong.

People do know why we got locked in an ice age cycle.

Geography.

You can't have land at the South Pole and the remaining land arranged to block ocean circulation.

The standard alone South Pole causes a circumpolar current that isolates the South Pole and creates an Ice Sheet.

At that point it depends on the insolation at 65° North. 475 W/m2 drives you into it and it takes 525+ W/m2 to come out of it.

Either we are going to go into an ice age in the next few hundred years or we have 50,000 years of breathing room.

I am familiar with that theory, but it's just a theory.

that's just your opinion. Again we definitely do not know when the next ice age will begin. We don't have any meaningful data about the circumstances surrounding interglacial cycling to make predictions.

Keep blathering like it matters....

No one is going to stop climate change.

It has happened before and it will happen again and again and again. Humans are inconsequential to the process...

I know that might make you feel small and insignificant...and you'd be right.

Go ahead...stop driving that car, stop riding petrol burning buses or mass transit, stop flying on planes, stop using things that contain petroleum...

live to be the ripe old age of 40...or less.

Go ahead, revert to pre-industrial revolution style living...see how long that lasts.

"I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it." Thomas Jefferson

"Liberty means responsibility, which is why most men dread it." George Bernard Shaw

That's exactly what they did to Galileo.

We need to start rounding up the ones threatening to go after people exercising their free speech rights. That could be construed as an act of treason, shutting down the first amendment, which means they no longer have any rights, and can be treated as enemy combatants.

Trump is the First Estate, Second Estate, Third Estate, and Fourth Estate. In his hands lie the salvation of this nation.
