Bitcoin is a fraud

https://amp.theguardian.com/technology/2...ug-dealers

Speaking at a conference in New York, the boss of America’s biggest bank said he would fire “in a second” anyone at the investment bank found to be trading in bitcoin. “For two reasons: it’s against our rules, and they’re stupid. And both are dangerous.”

doomeddoomed

he feels threatened because bitcoin is taking off and bringing cryptos to the forefront of the public's attention.

He will be involved very soon in launching a truly fraudulent version of cryptos that enables EVERY transaction to be monitored by big brother.

RE: Bitcoin is a fraud
So listen, cryptocurrencies are only good or valuable as long as the government doesn't get involved. But as soon as they do, then there will be no true anonymity and they can re-hypothecate these coins as easily as they can print money now.

Again, encrypted blockchains can replace modern banking because they allow parties to exchange things of value, and it's a perfect fit for internet commerce.

But, it won't happen because people are dumb dogs that need to be beat.

Bitcoin is just as legitimate as Amway. frantic

You shouldn't judge a man until you walk a mile in his shoes...then you can say anything you want, because you're a mile away and you have his shoes.

RE: Bitcoin is a fraud
Crap so if you have any bitcoin it is now worthless or did Diamond words just cause the price to crash long enough so he could buy up a whole stack before it goes up again. As an FYI there have been a number of attempts to crash bitcoin all week from multiple news stories of china bans bitcoin to bubble bursting and it's a hoax because the block size is about to be increased to 2mb increasing transaction throughput.

Dont listen to what they say, watch what they do.

It's no fraud but the first legitimate threat to centralized banking to come along in our time.

Probably not bitcoin, but encrypted blockchains will replace banking, unless government passes laws that says no one else but their masters the banks can use them.

People will just pool large sums of gold or silver together in a private warehouse, and build encrypted blockchains on the gold, turning it into gold crypto coins, fully redeemable 1:1 for physical coin or bar.

Then, over time those groups will become the monopoly and completely take over because humans need to be herded into pens, they like to be sheared and then cut up into pieces for kebabs.

So why would anyone buy paper commodities from some new pyramid scam rather than an established pyramid scam?

Only dumb people pay more for gold than its worth (the only way your goldcoin is economically feasible) and let you hold onto it.

That isnt the future, thats a scam.

Many of the banks around at suddenly rushing to replace all the human tellers with kiosks. Even if you wanted to rob a bank now, there are no actual bank tellers you can threaten. They are all hidden somewhere in some corporate headquarters far away. All you see are their faces on screens. This worries me. It means they are getting ready for something nasty.

Yes but, Jamie also said his Daughter invested in it and is up 3000%

They problem with BC is North Korea has deposited 1/2 billion into the cyrpto currency and it will soon be put out of biz. When Jamie said someone is going to be killed over, he meant, the BC company owners will have North Korean contracts put on their heads when the money vanishes!
