I wonder why this thread was closed. If its real, then I'd think it would be big news. I read nothing in the closed thread stating that it wasn't real.

Congress quietly passes a second Patriot Act

http://www.starherald.com/opinion/north-...fe17f.html

"Last week, Congress had less than 48 hours to read the 2,242 page, $1.1 trillion government spending bill. Few read it or know what’s in it, but they passed the bill anyway."

"Tucked away in the bill is The Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA)."

"Stanford’s Jennifer Granick said, “this bill isn’t just about threat information sharing, it’s about enabling ISP monitoring in ways beyond current law that have not been clearly defined or explained.”

In the version of CISA that was passed, the president can set up portals where companies can give information directly to federal agencies."

"“The earlier bill had only allowed that backchannel use of the data for law enforcement in cases of ‘imminent threats,’ while the new bill requires just a ‘specific threat,’ potentially allowing the search of the data for any specific terms regardless of timeliness,” Wired said."

"According to Ars Technica, the CISA part of the spending package gives corporate America legal immunity when sharing consumers’ private data about hacks and digital breaches with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The DHS can then funnel that information to other agencies, including the NSA and FBI, which can use that information for surveillance purposes."

According to Wired, “CISA’s information-sharing channel, ostensibly created for responding quickly to hacks and breaches, could also provide a loophole in privacy laws that enabled intelligence and law enforcement surveillance without a warrant.”

"Motherboard wrote that this version of CISA, “allows ‘cybersecurity threat’ information to be shared directly with the NSA and the department of defense, specifically removes a provision that banned the government from using the information for ‘surveillance’ activities, and allows the government to use the information it gleans to prosecute any type of criminal activity, not just ‘cyber’ crimes.

Finally, the new version does not require personal information unrelated to ‘cyber threats’ to be scrubbed before it’s shared with government agencies.”

I was looking for the thread just to see what others had to say about it. Never expected it to have been closed.

A lot of threads criticizing the actions of the US government have been shut down and deleted in the last few weeks.

The mods claim they don't know who did it. Either they did it or the site has been hacked by the CIA.

The mods claim they don't know who did it. Either they did it or the site has been hacked by the CIA.

So if the mods are not doing it, then who is not only deleting all of the threads but also banning the ips of those who post, while leaving their registered account on Lop operational? It must be the CIA doing this. They have declared war on the people of the planet and upon the American people. They are the ones behind the coup against Trump and behind the crimes of the AWAN brothers.

The CIA is the Shadow Government and runs the Deep State.

https://lunaticoutpost.com/thread-782875.html

The AWAN brothers, Imran, Clinton Server, Spy ring in Congress has been cracked.

https://lunaticoutpost.com/thread-790828.html

We keep adding more truth, building upon our investigations and these C.I.A. shills are able to ban IPs from Lop, delete threads...they must have access to mods accounts and have hacked into them.

Congress just met the other day to pass the new NDAA worse then the original, so it is not old news.

Old news spammer. 2 year old in this case.

I didn't delete it because a few people posted on it but just closed it in case someone wanted to discuss it further and refer to the thread.

So strange this old news spam. It's all coming from Nigeria and it has to be human spam because they have to solve 2 captcha's (all of Nigeria needs to solve a captcha before they can see the forum.)

They are doing it secretively, and when we post on it, the C.I.A. deletes our threads.

There is a video on YT about it....

Article is dated Dec. 2015. That makes it an old news article.

It just happened yesterday, so we need to post a new link, of the new NDAA worse then the original one, just passed by Congress.
