That was last night (my time) - about roughly 10 hours ago.

"ASTEROID NEAR MISS: As expected, house-sized asteroid 2012 TC4 sailed past Earth last night, unnervingly close yet doing no harm as it passed just outside our planet's zone of geosynchronous communications satellites."

http://spaceweather.com/

We watched it online while you all slept.

Unpin - it's history now.

correct it's over

Anyone into Non-Stories bing pinned and then repeating this process hundreds of times where non-news is pinned?

Anyone into Classifying things based on the dopamine levels in their brain instead of based on their newsworthiness and actual classifications ?

seems it already happened

ASTEROID NEAR MISS: As expected, house-sized asteroid 2012 TC4 sailed past Earth last night, unnervingly close yet doing no harm as it passed just outside our planet's zone of geosynchronous communications satellites. If such an asteroid did strike, it would explode in the atmosphere causing shock waves capable of shattering windows and knocking people to the ground. Maybe next time. NASA will use data gathered during the flyby to refine the asteroid's orbit and predict future encounters. Browse: Asteroid Photo Gallery.

1dunno1

pity, they didn't determine how close it actually came ?

You people need to awaken, that NASA footage was nothing more than computer generated images, and you see this as fact and true ????

RE: Astroid to buzz Earth tonight
1)VERY possible - the flyby may trigger EQ a week or two later.
Its like a plane does flyby over head -- but the sound comes delayed.

Depends on the speed and projected power frequency.

2) Could trigger Volcanoes

3) Could be dropping off something / someone that appear week or two later.

4) Quantum Entanglement between Earth invisible shield and that of the Asteroid.
