S226 Troll14

you said 10 dollars was that before transportation costs, your hourly wage rate, ect.
or do you consider expenses to be paid by your welfare checks or other?
sorry if the truth hurts, and its not considered trolling, lol

The county auditor mailed me a check for ten bucks like three weeks later. I paid for my own gas.
I didn't miss work, I work at night. I make more than 5 bucks an hour but it was really easy just sat there answered some questions.
No welfare sorry.
I did get my parking in the county garage free.

So how much did it cost the tax payer, the mailing of the check, the processing, the parking fees.
there is no free lunch someone pays those fees.
If you pay local taxes, you payed for yourself to be there.
here is $3.50 consider it a education expense, lol.

regular mail is not proof of service, they must send it registered mail, signature returned to prove that you did in fact receive it.

But you just make sh*t up dont ya, Dumbass

I made nothing up.
That is the charge they threaten to arrest you for.
Jhikpghf

Threats don't work on me, I signed my name and did my "civic duty", the jury duty notices go in the trash and the sheriff gets the finger, here's me explaining to eight of them why they're not coming inside my fence because they're domestic terrorists and I took an oath to defend against domestic terrorists and how fast they better leave my property, notice most of them standing in the street while one tries to get further "information" for his "investigation"? Listen to their threats and go do your slave labor like a good sheeple.

remember the first mistake is to answer the door, there is no law says you have to, unless they have a warrant.
One hand in the pocket and sarick would have shot you dead, lol.

I'll help the sheeple out.

It's only contempt of court if you're an idiot and can't use your mouth. If you're a US citizen you have rights, you should stand up for them and not let the state bully you, it is possible.

I always answer the door, I also walk outside and close the door behind me EVERY time, they know me here and know I'm not going to put up with their sh!t so they don't push too hard, but they try.

Two years ago they summoned me to court for child support for my son who lived with me, they sent the court request for his school records to me and I drove the forty miles to the town we used to live in to hand deliver the request to the school so I still paid for that f**king disaster. The boy was living with me and going to school in my town while his mother was 900 hundred miles away in Texas and they still can't figure this sh*t out.

I am not saying to never answer your door, but you have the right to ignore any uninvited guests or for any reason, except a warrant to search the property.

If you are lawful and act in good faith then they can never bully you around, consideration when interacting with any party whom enters your property will also minimize blow back.

So place signs that warn others of consequences for entering uninvited or for trespassing on your property.

RE: THIS is how you get out of Jury Duty...........
I've had to go so many times, and never once was ever asked to do anything. They even tried to summon me while I was active duty in the Army in another country.

My mom let them know lol.

But yeah big waste of time.

Fathers never get the benefit of the doubt, just expect it, build good relationships with the teachers, the principals, any all.

Remember the child was brought into this world for your pleasure, if it is one great, if not too bad, be the best you can for them.

Remember to file for child support in your jurisdiction to establish it, keep financial records of all your expenses, even if the mom does not have any to give.

A stable home is what concerns the courts, if you have established one, they will not try to change it.

I mom moves back into town, you will have to do shared custody, if she is able, but the home you have established it primary.

You have the best job in the world as being a parent, enjoy it.

Exactly. I blew off a bench warrant once because I failed to show up to testify. Right there in the middle of court, the judge sent the sheriff to look for me. They came to my house, they walked around knocking on doors, trying to open them, trying to open windows. They forced my garage door open. They left when they saw that my vehicle was not inside. I suspected this would happen, so I went to Perkins for a late breakfast and watched everything on my phone. I had cameras everywhere. For the next few years they always kept trying to find me. But I would never answer the door. For about a week after that they would sit in their vehicles nearby during their breaks watching to see if I would come or go. They even came around snooping at night to see if I was home, but they stopped that because the neighbors dogs would always go ballistic. chuckle I moved from that area about 6 years later.

When they call you in, tell them you like to read and post on conspiracy sites. Name the website names.

Spew some stuff about the government and jury nullification. You will be back out of there and on with your business by 10 am.

You don't even need to be that creative.

I found the perfect way off jury duty, just by being honest. When the attorneys asked the jury pool that I was in, "Does anyone of you have any problems with the way our criminal justice system works? Put up your hand if you do."

Put up your hand, and when they get to you, just tell them how you feel about prosecutors wanting to prosecute whoever has been charged, even if, by all appearances they are innocent, while defense attorneys try to get their clients off, even when it's pretty obvious they are guilty.

I did that some years ago, and though I was scolded by the judge, I was promptly dismissed, just for answering their question honestly. I had half a mind to tell the judge that if he didn't want to hear what I had to say, then the lawyers shouldn't have asked the question, but I just wanted to leave at that point.
