Come on, real men go live all by themselves on the top of a mountain and spend a lot of time fondling themselves and f*cking moose.

RE: Men who like to socialize
Everyone keeps saying testosterone raises aggression and anti social behaviour and men have ten times more then women so it follows that socializing men are somehow not as manly but i want to be able to socialize.

I think all manliness this means is you've got a dick. Anything else is just stereotyping. chuckle

No no no. If he asked "May I be social?" then he would be expecting permission. He has only said that he wants to be social as in "Can I be social?" which is appropriate for the given situation.

OP Either you are or you are not social. Its not really an issue of your gender or sexuality or any of that other stuff that society has made way too much of a big deal out of.

Go out, find your special friend and be happy.chuckle

I'm that guy, who at parties gets told to shut the hell up for talking too much. This is said for talking very little at parties except on those very rare occasions when someone says something interesting that doesn't involve gossip jibber jabber.

It's not about being a man or a woman, it's about connecting to another human being. You're too focused on you that you're failing to connect properly with others. It's genuine interest with an open mind. Remember they are a version of you, just a different you.

I try to remain a mystery at social gathering. I do not volunteer information about myself. I do not talk about myself. I am friendly, warm, conversational, but I won't get into anything about myself, and I won't talk about anything in detail or specifics. I always dress well, nothing less than a $2,000 suit, a $100 white shirt, a conservative $80 tie, your basic polish black leather shoes. The basic Men in Black look. Around women, I like to project available, but I respond hands-off, hard to get. chuckle When asked personal questions, I always respond with vague responses and redirect the conversation away from me, while tossing a little mystery into it. "What do you do for a living?" "I have fun. Lots of fun." "What does that mean?" "Let's not talk about me, you wouldn't believe me anyhow. Let's talk about you. I would like to know more about you. ..." chuckle
