Last I heard, there was about .0017 ounces of gold used in standard computers, so it's gonna take over 10,000 computers for you to get 1.7 ounces.
and 1 ounce of gold is about $1270?

It would be a thousand. And you don't keep the whole computer. You just cut out the little pieces of gold plated board/fingers or pins. Save them up and do a batch when you have a few buckets of gold fingers/pins
