Truth is

America made a bad investment when it bailed GM out.
They should have demanded more electric vehicle production and to make cars people want.

trump should also not make campaign promises he can’t keep and is now crying like a baby. His tariffs are not helping matters and interest rates rising also helped them make decision to close.

RE: The truth about the GM plant closures
They don't actually need to close these plants, they are just pulling another Roger and Me to make a few extra bucks for the CEO, executives, and shareholders.

They need to make little high fuel economy gasoline cars. Like the three banger suzikis that were pulled from the market with Dubya came in.

Ford Fiesta...festiva???

but make the engine here, not buy from Japan or Mexico.

Than after that, I need every one of you to buy one, so I can buy one used in a few years for $500.

Okay?

Well I kind of mixed up Ford with GM.

But GM had one too...the Geo Metro.

Just do what Ford Europe is doing, engineer a 3 banger, reopen those factories.
