Report for Jan. 16, 2020:

The FBI is arresting 3 neo-nazi terrorist POS's armed and on their way to do some violence. One of them is a neo-nazi illegal alien terrorist, intent on committing violent terror in the US,... f*#k those nazi pukes.

The more of them that self deport into prison the better, and then they can never legally own guns again as convicted felons. So this is great news.

FBI arrests three suspected neo-Nazis who planned to protest Virginia gun control proposals

"The FBI on Thursday arrested three suspected neo-Nazis who had planned to travel with firearms to Richmond, Va., to participate in a protest against gun control measures proposed by the state legislature’s newly-seated Democratic majority.

Federal officials took the three men into custody in connection with a probe into the white supremacist group The Base, charging them with several federal crimes in Maryland, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland announced.

Officials said one of the three, Patrik Mathews, a former soldier in the Canadian army, entered the U.S. illegally. Mathews, a trained combat engineer, was discharged from the Canadian military after his white supremacist ties came to light, The New York Times reported.

The others charged include Brian Mark Lemley of Elkton, Md., and Newark, Del., and William Garfield Bilbrough IV of Denton, Md., according to the U.S. Attorney's office.

The complaint accuses Lemley and Mathews of transporting a firearm and ammunition with intent to commit a felony and it charges Lemley and Bilbrough with allegedly transporting and harboring aliens and conspiring to do so.

The affidavit states that Lemley and Mathews bought about 1,650 rounds of 5.56mm and 6.5mm ammunition and later retrieved some of the ammunition as well as plate carriers to support body armor.

The white supremacist organization has been an increasing concern for federal investigators, who have linked its membership to active plans of racially motivated violence. Investigators arrested a New Jersey man in November for allegedly recruiting for the group and advocating for the killing of African Americans.

The gun control legislation being considered in Virginia’s capital and opposed by pro-gun rights organizations has already led Gov. Ralph Northam (D) to declare a state of emergency this week, with the governor’s office saying authorities have identified credible violent threats from out-of-state militant groups that echo the lead-up to the deadly 2017 Unite the Right white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va.

Northam has also temporarily banned weapons from the state Capitol grounds ahead of Jan. 20, the federal holiday honoring Martin Luther King Jr.

The Hill has reached out to the FBI for comment."

Let's paint all the legal Virginia gun owners as racist Nazi skin heads.

But that would be really stupid, friend.

Violent white supremacists, neo-nazi pukes, militant racists, militant sovereign citizens and violent militias and proud boys are the ones to worry about. Most gun owners in VA are not violent or armed thugs bent on violent confrontations and hurting folks.

Those gangs and thugs are the ones to worry about, they hate folks and want to hurt and kill them just for being Jewish or Muslim or for their skin color, or because they are LGBTQ, or their culture or genetics, etc. etc.

Those evil POS's ^ are not like your average law abiding gun owner.

[quote]Three more alleged members of a US neo-Nazi hate group have been arrested in Georgia, authorities say, in what appears to be a national operation.

The arrests came on the same day that three suspected members of the same group were detained in Maryland and Delaware.

All six men are reported members of white supremacist group The Base.

One of the three was a Canadian army reservist who had been missing for several months after fleeing Canada.

Patrik Matthews is believed to have illegally crossed into the US after his alleged affiliations with The Base were discovered. He was arrested alongside two others in the Maryland and Delaware operation.

The FBI said Mr Matthews and two others planned to travel to a pro-gun rally on Monday in Richmond, Virginia. Virginia governor Ralph Northam declared a state of emergency on Wednesday ahead of the rally, to block attendees from carrying weapons near the grounds of the Capitol building, citing credible threats of violence.

According to arrest affidavits, The Base is a racially motivated violent extremist group that sought to "accelerate the downfall of the United States government, incite a race war and establish a white ethno-state."

Report for Jan. 20, 2020:

This creep was hurting and potentially killing so many people and he was a racist idiot POS. Glad he self deported to prison. Jhikpghf

Swatting is so f*cking dangerous, the police have killed and injured a number of people now in swatting incidents. This creep needs to be in prison for a very long time.

FBI arrests man suspected of orchestrating dozens of “swatting” calls
Group's online chats were often racist and anti-Semitic.

"The US government has criminally charged a Virginia man for helping to organize dozens of "swatting" attacks and bomb threats made against a variety of targets in the United States and Canada. The man allegedly belonged to a group that coordinated via IRC and Tor hidden services to target prominent gamers, journalists, and government officials.

The group's online chats were often racist, with comments suggesting antipathy toward Jews and black people. In one case, the group made a fake bomb threat to the Alfred Street Baptist Church, a predominantly African American church in Alexandria, Virginia.

Security reporter Brian Krebs was one of the first to report on the arrest of defendant John William Kirby Kelley. Krebs was the target of a swatting call he believes was organized by the group.

Kelley allegedly did research for the group, identifying possible targets and suggesting that others make calls. He also helped maintain the group's infrastructure, according to the FBI.

Kelley was identified by authorities after he called in a bomb threat to his own school. While he blocked his own number during that call, he later made a second call to the police without properly blocking his number. Investigators realized that the two calls might be connected, questioned Kelley, and eventually got a warrant to search his devices. Police quickly found videos, chats, and other records Kelley had saved documenting his involvement in other hoax calls, the FBI says. They also found recruiting material for Atomwaffen, a violent white supremacist group.

“They call it swatting,” says grieving Wichita mother after son killed by police
A story from Vice illustrates the real human costs of this kind of "prank." In 2018, Kelley's group allegedly swatted prominent gamer Andrea Rovenski. As a result, she and her mother (who lived in the same house) were thrown on the ground by police. Rovenski lost sleep over the incident, and she believes her mother paid a much higher price.

"Less than two months later, Rovenski's mother suffered a stroke—something Rovenski believes is connected to the extremely stressful event—and never fully recovered," Vice's Mack Lamoureux writes.

Other swatting incidents have had even more devastating consequences. In 2017, a Kansas man was shot to death by police responding to a swatting call. The man who made that call was sentenced to 20 years in prison last year.

While Kelley is now in custody, two other suspects are still at large, according to the FBI. The bureau believes that these two suspects are the ones who actually made most of the calls at issue in the case. Evidently, the suspects' efforts to conceal their identities from law enforcement have been successful—at least so far."

Feds Arrest ‘Crying Nazi’ Chris Cantwell on Threat Charges

Federal law enforcement agents arrested neo-Nazi leader Chris Cantwell in New Hampshire on Thursday, marking new legal trouble for one of the leaders at the deadly 2017 white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Cantwell, who became notorious after the rally as the “crying Nazi” profiled by Vice News, was arrested on two federal charges related to making interstate threats. Daily Beast contributor Seamus Hughes first reported a new indictment against Cantwell on Twitter. Cantwell could not be immediately reached for comment.

Seamus Hughes

@SeamusHughes
Scoop: Feds just unsealed an indictment against Christopher Cantwell for interstate threats.

The charges against Cantwell related to an alleged attempt to pressure someone to reveal personal information about a Cantwell enemy, according to the indictment. In messages sent on Telegram, an encrypted messaging app that’s become a haven for white supremacists, Cantwell allegedly pressured someone to give up what’s described in the indictment as “personal identifying information” about a man known by the “on-line pseudonym ‘VM.’”

“So if you don’t want me to come and f*ck your wife in front of your kids, then you should make yourself scarce,” Cantwell allegedly wrote in a June 16 message. “Give me Vic, it’s your only out.”

This isn’t the first time Cantwell has been accused of making threats. Last July, Cantwell allegedly used Telegram to threaten a lawyer suing him over his actions in Charlottesville, calling the woman anti-Semitic slurs and claiming that he and his followers “would have a lot of f*cking fun with her.” Cantwell has also been banned from Virginia for five years, after pleading guilty to assault charges related to the pepper-spraying of two activists.

Makes you wonder for a bit but then it becomes clear, Russian intelligence is funding and supporting far right groups in the US and especially violent divisive militias and white supremacist groups in the US and all over the EU nations and the UK.

The Russian intelligence units, Troll farms, bots, hackers and fake influencers want to spread hate and division and fear and terror to be the top priority of voters, so the voters will support the most extreme candidates that will offer the most racist, xenophobic, far right "solutions" to quell the fears of the voters. Leader of Neo-Nazi militia unmasked as American based in Russia

"The American founder of The Base has been directing the neo-Nazi extremist group from Russia.

The militia group founder’s identity has been revealed as Rinaldo Nazzaro, who left New York for St. Petersburg less than two years ago, reported BBC.

The Guardian also confirmed Nazzaro as the group leader who goes by “Norman Spear” and “Roman Wolf,” and claims to have served as an intelligence, military and security contractor in Russia and Afghanistan.

Seven members of The Base were charged this month with various crimes, including conspiracy to commit murder.

The FBI has described the group as a “racially motivated violent extremist group” that “seeks to accelerate the downfall of the United States government, incite a race war, and establish a white ethno-state.”

BBC traced the 46-year-old Nazzaro to a pricy apartment purchased by his Russian wife in July 2018, the same month the FBI says he founded The Base.

Nazzaro has used photos of himself to promote the group online, although his true identity had been a mystery even to group members.

One video posted online in March 2019 shows Nazzaro in Russia wearing a T-shirt with Vladimir Putin’s face and the words, “Russia, absolute power.”

Nazarro allegedly directed The Base members to carry out “non-attributable actions but that will still send a message” after three group members were charged in a conspiracy to kill two anti-fascist activists and their children."

He will never be able to own weapons again also, so that is a plus.

Christopher Hasson Sentenced To More Than 13 Years In Domestic Terrorism Plot
The white nationalist Coast Guard lieutenant pleaded guilty to federal charges last year amid a plot to “murder innocent civilians” on a wide scale, the feds said.

"GREENBELT, Md. — Coast Guard Lt. Christopher Hasson was sentenced Friday to more than 13 years on weapons and drug charges that prosecutors say thwarted a white supremacist’s terroristic plot to murder a long list of prominent Democrats and journalists.

Hasson, 50, of Maryland, pleaded guilty in October to weapons and drug charges that federal prosecutors called the “tip of the iceberg” for their case against him. They said in a court filing at the time that Hasson was plotting to “murder innocent civilians on a scale rarely seen in this country,” and recommended a 25-year sentence.

Dr. Stephen Hart, a defense witness, testified at length Friday about his violence risk assessment that declares Hasson a low risk. He said the government responded to the case “entirely appropriately,” but that Hasson didn’t need to be incarcerated based on being an ongoing threat to the public. He said Hasson was generally rational and clear-thinking, and called him a “civil and polite person.”

Hart testified that Hasson “had thoughts in his head that were racist.” But he said Hasson’s behavior with his “diverse” set of colleagues, as well as the “diverse” population, was much different.

Despite Hasson’s apparent hit list of media figures and liberal politicians ― which Hart said was simply a spreadsheet of people of interest to Hasson ― and his searches for the addresses of Supreme Court justices, Hart said Hasson was “all over the place” and didn’t have a firm plan. His desire to kill everyone in the world, as expressed in his memo, was “not a realistic or feasible goal,” Hart said.

“If he wanted to make a plan, he could have made a plan,” Hart testified. Hart also said he wouldn’t mind living next to Hasson. On cross-examine, the government had Hart clarify that he was a white man.

Hasson told the court he was “embarrassed” by his thoughts and web searches and sorry for the pain they caused.

“I have never hurt anyone in my life and I was not planning to in any way, shape or form,” he claimed. He said he renounced his writings but was not claiming to be “magically cured of my biased thoughts.” But he said he’d work toward treating everyone equally, with the help of religious leaders.

The case has tested federal prosecutors’ ability to throw the book at domestic terrorists. The United States doesn’t have a law that broadly makes acts of domestic terrorism illegal, and in general, federal prosecutors are hesitant to classify domestic terrorists as what they are.

In a statement released after Hasson’s plea, his lawyer, Liz Oyer, said he wasn’t a terrorist, but a soldier with an opioid addiction.

“This is not a domestic terrorism case,” she said at the time. “Mr. Hasson was never plotting a terrorist attack or any of the abhorrent acts that this prosecution has repeatedly speculated about but never actually charged. Mr. Hasson is a peaceful, loving family man. He devoted his life to serving his country. He and his wife have two grown children who have gone on to do the same.”"

Billings legislator insists Constitution says it’s OK to shoot socialists

"HELENA — A Billings Republican legislator said Saturday he believes the U.S. Constitution calls for the shooting or jailing of those who identify as socialists.

State Rep. Rodney Garcia, from House District 52 on the South Side, first made a statement in the form of an unprompted question at a state party gathering in Helena Friday meant to kick off election season and offer training for party members and candidates.

In his question after a speech by former Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, who was Montana’s representative in the U.S. House for two years, Garcia said he was concerned about socialists “entering our government” and socialists “everywhere” in Billings, before saying the Constitution says to either shoot socialists or put them in jail.

The Montana Republican Party later condemned Garcia's remarks.

In this year's presidential election, President Donald Trump has often called Democrats "radical socialists" in an attempt to use the term socialism, which is defined as theories about collective or government ownership and operation of the means of production and distribution, as a boogeyman-like phrase to criticize proposals from Democrats where the federal government would play a larger role in areas like health care or education.

All but one of the Democratic Party candidates have repeatedly explained they are not socialists, while Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders calls himself a democratic socialist.

After Zinke responded with a non sequitur “You know, Montana’s a great state,” Garcia said back: “We have to do something.”

Zinke’s answer to Garcia didn’t engage in Garcia's statement and pivoted to talk about the former Secretary's effort to open satellite offices of the Interior department in the western part of the U.S.

On Saturday, a reporter asked Garcia to clarify his remarks.

“So actually in the Constitution of the United States (if) they are found guilty of being a socialist member you either go to prison or are shot,” Garcia said.

Garcia could not to point to where in the Constitution it says socialists could be shot or jailed.

Asked to clarify if he thought it was fair to shoot or jail a socialist, including those who live in Montana, Garcia said yes.

“They’re enemies of the free state,” Garcia said. “What do we do with our enemies in war? In Vietnam, (Afghanistan), all those. What did we do?”

Asked if that was an appropriate response to his opponent from the last election cycle, Garcia said “according to the Constitution, I’m telling you.”

“I agree with my Constitution,” Garcia said. “That’s what makes us free. We’re not a democracy, we’re a Republic Constitution.”

In 2018 Garcia ran against Amelia Marquez for the House District 52 seat in Billings.

Marquez said Saturday she is associated with the Montana Democratic Party and is an eastern member at-large with the party’s executive board. She said she is also a democratic socialist and her political views align with those of Sanders.

Marquez said Saturday after being told about Garcia's statements she wished the state legislator would spend more time talking to his constituents about their needs.

“I wish Rep. Garcia would continue to focus on the issues rather than this constant worry over things that are somewhat ludicrous,” Marquez said.

Garcia said he views what he sees as an influx of socialism in Montana as a “very dangerous” situation and that socialism has destroyed countries like Venezuela.

“They’re teaching that to kids. Thank God my grandkids know it’s wrong because I teach them. And it’s a very dangerous situation," Garcia said.

Garcia added he believes socialism is growing, citing advertising he says is done by socialists on Facebook.

Garcia is not new to controversy. During the 2019 state legislative session in the midst of debate over child protective services, he went on a conservative radio show to accuse child protection workers of kidnapping children. He was forced to return a $3,000 campaign contribution in 2018. He also proposed a bill during the 2019 session that would have had the state of Montana buy the Colstrip power plant. It was tabled in committee.

The Montana Republican Party issued a statement Saturday censuring Garcia’s comments. When Garcia spoke Friday there was laughter after his question; some of those asked by a reporter about it said it was a response to an uncomfortable situation.

“The Montana Republican Party wholeheartedly condemns the comment that was made and under no circumstance is violence against someone with opposing political views acceptable,” said Spenser Merwin, the MT GOP executive director. “It’s disappointing that this isolated incident took away from the weekend’s events which showcased the strength of our statewide candidates and the importance of the upcoming election.”"

Report for Feb, 7, 2020:

Wow wonder if this creep is going to be charged by the FBI?

Top Alabama cop said Nancy Pelosi should be targeted by a ‘roadside bomb’ for tearing up Trump’s speech

"An Alabama cop is apologizing for a Facebook post where he said that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) could be targeted with a roadside bomb for daring to tear up President Trump’s State of the Union speech, the Daily Mail reports.

“Pelosi just ripped up his [speech],” Geraldine police department assistant chief Jeff Buckles wrote. “Road Side bomb on her way home and any other Dumbocrats.”

Buckles later removed the post and apologized for “venting.”

“I have definitely offended some people with my remarks,” he wrote. “It just rips my heart out that our great country is so divided.”

Buckles has a history of posting pro-Trump rhetoric to Facebook. In a post from February 4, he wrote, “I honestly believe that God has placed Donald Trump in the position to bring about prophecy. God Bless Trump. God Bless America.”

In an announcement this Thursday, Geraldine Mayor Chuck Ables said that he and Police Chief Heath Albright will meet with the town’s attorney on Friday to decide what the best course of discipline for Buckles will be."
