‘Shoot to kill’: Texas man arrested after threatening Pelosi and other ‘satanic’ Democrats

"A Texas man was charged with threatening to shoot House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other government officials as part of a self-proclaimed revolution.

Gavin Weslee Blake Perry was charged with transmitting a threatening communication in interstate commerce after someone reported a Facebook post he allegedly made encouraging others to shoot Pelosi and other federal officials, reported WLBT-TV.

“If youre a dem or apart of the establishment in the democrats side I view you as a criminal and a terrorist and I advise everyone to Go SOS [shoot on sight] and use live rounds,” Perry allegedly posted March 23. “This is not gonna change until we attact NSA the DOJ the FBI and Any other agencies who want to get involved. Shoot to kill. This is a revolution.”

The 27-year-old also claimed in a subsequent Pelosi was “apart [sic] of a satanic cult and so are the people who work closely with her. Dems of the establishment will be removed at any cost necessary and yes that means by death.”

The posts came as Pelosi and other lawmakers were debating a $2 trillion coronavirus relief package.

Perry admitted the account belonged to him and said he made the posts to warn other Americans about a government he believes to be “tyrannical.”

Then he complained that officers were violating his right to free speech, which he told them was punishable by death.

Perry told officers that he intended to bond out of jail and refuse to comply with orders to appear in court because he does not recognize the authority of the federal government.

If convicted, Perry faces up to five years in prison.

“The Department of Justice takes the security of our public servants seriously,” U.S. Attorney Erin Nealy Cox of Dallas said in a prepared statement. “Americans are entitled to voice their opinions but we will not allow them to threaten our officials’ physical safety.”"

Report for April 1, 2020:

Trump is causing these many many anti-Asian hate crimes by calling the corona virus the Chinese virus. Scream1

Stabbing Of Asian American Toddler And Family Deemed A Hate Crime: Report
The teenage suspect reportedly said he thought the family was Chinese and spreading the coronavirus.

"Federal investigators determined that the man who stabbed an Asian American family out shopping at a Sam’s Club last month committed a hate crime fueled by coronavirus panic, according to an FBI report obtained by ABC News.

Three members of a family were stabbed in Midland, Texas, on March 14, including two children ages 2 and 6.

Suspect Jose Gomez, 19, admitted to police that “he stabbed the family because he thought the family was Chinese, and infecting people with the coronavirus,” according to the document. A Sam’s Club employee named Zach Owen was stabbed in the leg as he tried to stop the attack.

Gomez is being held on several bonds totaling $1 million as federal investigators pursue the case.

The World Health Organization had declared the spread of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus, a pandemic three days earlier. Because the virus is believed to have originated in China, Asian Americans across the country have reported being harassed in public over baseless accusations that they personally had something to do with the crisis.

The FBI said it has already started to see a surge in coronavirus-related hate crimes across the country, and warned that the U.S. will only see more as the coronavirus spreads, according to the ABC News report.

“The FBI makes this assessment based on the assumption that a portion of the US public will associate COVID-19 with China and Asian American populations,” the agency said.

President Donald Trump has certainly not helped to discourage the connection, refusing to apologize for calling COVID-19 by the derogatory “China virus” nickname. Instead, he has issued tweets discouraging hate crimes against Asian Americans.

The FBI report made no mention of Trump or any other specific official, according to ABC News."

Report for April 25, 2020:

More militant type people getting ready for civil war and anti-government violence.Scream1

Amid The Pandemic, U.S. Militia Groups Plot ‘The Boogaloo,’ AKA Civil War, On Facebook
Extremists are promoting anti-government violence on Facebook during the coronavirus pandemic. The social media giant appears to be doing little about it.

"Thousands of armed right-wing militants are plotting a violent uprising against the U.S. government during the coronavirus crisis, a new report finds, and Facebook is providing them a platform to prepare and organize.

A report published Thursday by the watchdog group the Tech Transparency Project found 125 Facebook groups devoted to the idea of the “boogaloo,” a far-right term used to describe what they believe is an inevitable civil war in the U.S. Members discuss weapons, combat medicine, and how to develop explosives, the report says. One group even shared a document detailing how to disrupt U.S. government supply lines and discussing the possible need to assassinate government officials.

These groups have proliferated during the pandemic, according to the report, as right-wing extremists grow more agitated over lockdown orders aimed at slowing the spread of the virus, measures many militia and “patriot” groups view as the oppressive maneuverings of a tyrannical government.

Over 60% of the groups were created in just the last three months, according to the report. The 125 groups have nearly 73,000 members, though it’s unclear how many individuals may belong to multiple groups.

About 50% of the groups’ members have joined within the last 30 days.

The groups have flourished despite Facebook community guidelines that prohibit facilitating, organizing or promoting “harmful activities targeted at people.” The guidelines also ban “statements of intent to commit high-severity violence.”

Daniel E. Stevens, executive director of Campaign for Accountability, the umbrella organization under which TTP operates, told HuffPost in a statement Thursday that “Facebook’s failure to stop their platform from being used as an organizing tool for extremists is completely unacceptable.”

“There is nothing subtle about how these extremist groups are using Facebook’s platform to advance their cause,” Stevens said. “Boogaloo proponents are not simply discussing ideas or political views; they are directly advocating for violent action and tactically planning how to defeat government entities.”

More kooky far right domestic terrorists ready to blow innocent people up because they are full of fear and stupidity. Scream1

Homeland Security issues a startling internal alert after lockdown protester gets arrested for building pipe bombs

"A Colorado man who planned to attend a “Reopen” rally in Denver on May 1 before he was arrested by the FBI for possessing pipe bombs was involved in the boogaloo movement, a far-right militia offshoot that uses cryptic pop-culture references to prepare for a future civil war.

FBI agents and other law enforcement executing search warrants on Bradley Bunn’s residence in Loveland, Colo. on May 1 discovered four pipe bombs at the 53-year-old man’s home, according to a press release issued by the US Attorney’s office in Denver. Agents also discovered two one-pound containers of .308 caliber cartridge reloading gunpowder, a potential pipe bomb component, in Bunn’s vehicle. If convicted for possession of destructive devices, Bunn faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The arrest set off a flurry panicked texts from Bunn’s extremist associates in Colorado to allies networked across the country through boogaloo-inspired Facebook pages. On the morning of Bunn’s arrest, Chevy Lee McGee wrote on his Facebook page in all caps: “I might need backup ASAP. Possible police raid at my house.” Then he posted the address of his mother’s house in Fort Collins. He ended with a request: “Need QRF teams,” using a military term for “quick reaction force.”

The day after Bunn’s arrest, McGee identified “Bradley” as “the guy who was arrested and is still being held in corrections by the FBI” in a long Facebook message to Red Flag Alert, a gun-rights page. McGee described an encounter with a SWAT team outside Bunn’s house, a frantic effort to shake off pursuing law enforcement vehicles and an hours-long hideout in wilderness park. Then, after seeing a social-media post from another friend saying the police were at his house, McGee wrote, “I knew I was going to be next, so I made that post for everyone to standby just in case something happened. Then my mom’s freaking out because she works with the sheriff’s office [in Larimer County] and they were talking about me and how I talked to Bradley’s etc. [sic], so she told me to get my ass home. It could’ve been a setup so I have a couple bois roll with me there etc.”

On the evening of May 1, the administrator of Allegheny Rescue Co., a boogaloo-inspired Facebook page, posted Bunn’s intake record at the Larimer County Detention Center, writing that it was proof of the arrest and the FBI’s involvement.

Commenters erupted in anger on the page.

“Should’ve shot their way out,” one commenter wrote. “This is why we need dedicated regiments and strike teams. Get your county and state boog bois together and be ready to go.”

Another wrote: “This is f*cking horse sh*t. The feds are nervous now, they see people arming and organizing.” He went on to reassure another commenter, using in-group boogaloo code for “brother”: “There will come a time when the police are the ones outnumbered, borther.”"

Sad story of a modern day lynching. Scream1

A Start Towards Victory’: Gregory and Travis McMichael Charged With Murder of Ahmaud Arbery
Video of the 25-year-old black man's death galvanized protests in his hometown and outrage across the world.

"SAVANNAH—Gregory and Travis McMichael have been arrested and charged with murder and aggravated assault in connection with the February killing of Ahmaud Arbery, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced Thursday.

According to police, the white father and son, 64 and 34, chased Arbery, a 25-year-old black man, after he ran by Travis McMichael’s home in the Satilla Shores neighborhood of Brunswick on Feb. 23. He was unarmed and jogging at the time.

“This is a start towards victory,” Thea Brooks, Arbery’s aunt, told The Daily Beast on Thursday. “This only the beginning though, but this is what we were all hoping for.”

The McMichaels said they believed Arbery was a burglar responsible for a series of break-ins in their neighborhood and that they pursued him in their pickup truck while armed with a shotgun and a .357 magnum. The GBI alleges the McMichaels confronted Arbery, and that Travis shot him.

A local prosecutor previously indicated a third man, William Bryan, took part in the chase and filmed the incident.

At least two shots hit the 25-year-old, the Glynn County Coroner’s Office told The Daily Beast last week.

Video that Brooks said depicted her nephew’s death elicited a furious reaction nationwide, and residents of the area protested the initial failure to prosecute a case on Tuesday.

“It’s murder. It’s heartbreaking to even look at. The whole city has seen it,” Brooks told The Daily Beast after the video was released this week."

Report for May 9, 2020:

Wow glad they found the truth out about this violent neo-nazi freak.

BUSTED: Violent neo-Nazi steps down from CEO post at government-contracted surveillance company after being outed

"According to KUTV, Banjo CEO Damien Patton has resigned after reports surfaced of his past affiliation with white supremacist groups, and his involvement in a drive-by shooting of a synagogue two decades ago.

“According to a story by Matt Stroud of OneZero Media, Banjo CEO and co-founder Damien Patton, 47, pleaded guilty in 1992 for assisting a KKK leader in a drive-by shooting of a Jewish synagogue. It was a story initially reported by The Tennessean in 1992,” said the report. “More than 1,000 pages of court records, reviewed by OneZero, but not independently confirmed by 2News, show Patton was an active participant in white supremacist groups in his youth. Patton admitted to also participating in talks on white supremacy, where he advocated for the elimination of blacks and Jews.”

“I’m deeply honored to have worked alongside the Banjo team and am proud of all we have accomplished thus far,” said Patton in his resignation announcement. “I am confident Banjo’s greatest days are still ahead and will do everything in my power to ensure our mission succeeds. However, under the current circumstances, I believe Banjo’s best path forward is under different leadership.”

Banjo, a Utah-based tech firm, has worked with the government to provide artificial intelligence systems that screen people for public safety agencies. It was referred to by Inc.’s Will Bourne as “the most influential social media company you’ve never heard of.” In recent years, Patton and the company have made boasts at major tech conferences that their algorithm allows them to “know things before anyone else.”

Following the investigations into Patton, the state of Utah has suspended Banjo’s contract.

This is not an isolated incident. In recent years, reports have surfaced of the extent to which far-right activists have sought to insert themselves into big tech and surveillance. Clearview AI, another prominent tech firm that provides facial recognition to ICE, the FBI, and local police departments around the country, has extensive ties to fringe pro-Trump conspiracy theorists and neo-Nazis."

Wow this is insane. Jhikpghf Another idiot self deports from rational civility and a good job. Violent losers gonna lose. Jhikpghf

Law firm fires Texas gun nut for posting insane rant about shooting people who ask him to wear face mask

"A Dallas-based law firm administrative manager was fired recently after he posted a crazed rant about shooting people who ask him to wear face masks before entering businesses.

Courthouse News reports that former Thompson & Knight employee Kevin Bain last week drew attention on social media when he posted a threatening tirade against businesses that don’t admit customers who don’t wear face masks.

“No more masks,” Bain wrote on his Facebook page. “Any business that tells me to put on a mask (Whole Foods on Lomo Alto) in Dallas will get told to kiss my Corona ass and will lose my business forever.”

Bain then proceeded to make direct threats.

“It’s time to stop this BULLSH*T,” he wrote. “Do I have to show the lame security guard outside of a ghetto store my CV19 test result? I will show him my Glock 21 shooting range results. With Hornady hollow points. Pricey ammi, but with it in this situation. They have reached the limit. I have more power than they do… they just don’t know it yet.”

Thompson & Knight moved immediately to fire Bain after learning about his post.

“This post is a complete violation of the values of our Firm, including our commitment to the health and safety of the communities we serve,” the firm wrote in a Facebook post. “We have terminated this individual’s employment and notified the proper authorities about the post as a precaution.”"

Why do these idiots get to threaten a governor who is correctly exercising her responsibility to protect the health of the people that elected her? Scream1

This is crazy BS. Jhikpghf Let's hope these people can and will be arrested if their threats are provably breaking intimidation laws.

Right-wingers fantasize about assassinating Michigan’s governor over stay-at-home orders

"Members of private Facebook groups are calling for the assassination of Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer over her stay-at-home orders to halt the spread of the coronavirus.

Four private social media groups with a combined 400,000 members were deluged with posts and comments encouraging violence and ignoring Whitmer’s social-distancing orders, reported Metro Times, which gained access to the Facebook pages and provided screenshots.

“Can we please just take up a collection for an assassin to put that woman from Michigan down,” wrote Facebook user Matthew Woodruff, a member of the group “People of Michigan vs. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.”

Defend democracy. Click to invest in courageous progressive journalism today.
Armed demonstrators have protested outside the Michigan capitol and the governor’s mansion against Whitmer’s orders, and some lawmakers have called for a ban on guns at the statehouse.

“We need a good old fashioned lynch mob to storm the Capitol, drag her tyrannical ass out onto the street and string her up as our forefathers would have,” wrote group member John Campbell Sr.

Facebook told the Metro Times that one of the groups had been removed for violating the company’s policy against inciting violence, and the tech giant also has threatened to remove groups and events encouraging people to defy social-distancing measures.

“Either President Trump sends in the troops or there is going to be a midnight lynching in Lansing soon,” posted group member Michael Smith.

Group members share conspiracy theories and misinformation about the coronavirus pandemic, and commenters warned that last month’s demonstrations were a prelude to violence against elected officials.

“We haven’t had any bloodshed yet, but the populous is counting to three, and the other day was two,” wrote Dave Meisenheimer in the group Michiganders Against Excessive Quarantine, which has more than 385,000 members. “Next comes watering the tree of liberty with the blood of tyrants.”

Threats were made against other elected officials, including Attorney General Dana Nessel, but most group members focused their anger on Whitmer.

“Plain and simple she needs to eat lead and send a statement to the rest of the democrats that they are next,” wrote James Greena, of Fennville."

Keeping a record of the far right militancy and growing violence is a good thing.

It makes it hard for the trolls to deny the far right beatings and murders and mass shootings, and domestic terrorism, which is what they want to do.

They deny deny deny and accuse the left of doing the same stuff but the ratio is like 40 to 1, far right violence to one act from a far left person.

Far left violence certainly exists and it is sad but it is not like what is happening on the neo-nazi, white supremacist, militant far right. Jhikpghf

Racist Queens Man Fantasized About Anti-Semitic Attacks Online Before Seeking AR-15: Feds
Joseph Miner was arrested Tuesday after allegedly trying to buy assault-style weapons with the serial numbers removed from an undercover agent.

"A Queens, New York, man accused of threatening mass shootings and buying illegal weapons was also a prolific internet troll targeting Jews and people of color online.

Joseph Miner was arrested Tuesday along with another man, Daniel Jou, after allegedly trying to buy assault-style weapons with the serial numbers removed from an undercover agent at an airport hotel. Miner allegedly used Instagram to post about “martyring” himself in a mass shooting. Miner’s reported account, which contained a white supremacist reference, was also used to harass accounts for a leading Jewish organization and a black Instagrammer, according to posts reviewed by The Daily Beast.

Miner, 29, and Jou, 40, unwittingly tried to buy guns from an undercover law enforcement officer for a full month before their arrest, according to a criminal complaint filed in New York’s Eastern District court Wednesday. Miner allegedly reached out to the officer in mid-April, asking to buy weapons. The duo wanted an AR-15 with a silencer and the serial number removed, Miner allegedly told the officer.

Miner isn’t charged with plotting a shooting. But for months on Instagram, he allegedly posted about the possibility, according to a criminal complaint. Across December and January, Miner allegedly authored multiple Instagram posts yearning for violence against minorities, especially Jews. In two, he allegedly photographed himself giving a Nazi salute (in one case holding a knife), professing hatred for Jews.

Multiple posts expressed glee over anti-Semitic attacks around the New York area. “Ngl [not gonna lie] this is pretty f*cking exciting,” he allegedly wrote about a December knife attack in Monsey, New York that left one Jewish man dead and four injured during Hanukkah.

In November, Miner allegedly indicated interest in a violent movement that has since gained traction with far-right demonstrators who attend protests demanding the end of COVID-19 lockdowns. Miner wanted a gun for “boogaloo purposes,” he allegedly wrote, in reference to an archetypical violent uprising advocated for by white supremacists. Early in the month, he allegedly posted that he wanted “RaHoWa,” slang for “racial holy war,” another fantasy that plays prominently in white supremacist media. (Also on Wednesday, a Pennsylvania neo-Nazi pleaded guilty to illegal firearm possession.)"

Detroit man facing felony charge after death threat to Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer

"A Detroit man is facing a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison after allegedly threatening to kill Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) reports the Detroit News.

Robert Sinclair Tesh, 32, has been charged by Wayne County prosecutor Kym Worthy with a false report of terrorism after his arraignment back on April 22.

“Tesh allegedly communicated through a social media messenger with an acquaintance, making threats to kill Whitmer and Nessel on April 14. Later that day, the Detroit Police Department arrested Tesh at his home in Detroit, the release said,” the Detroit News reports.

According to prosecutor Worthy, “The alleged facts in this case lay out a very disturbing scenario. We understand that these times can be stressful and upsetting for many people. But we will not and cannot tolerate threats like these against any public official who are carrying out their duties as efficiently as they can.”

Whitmer has been the target of threats, the report states, adding, “Recent protests against Whitmer’s stay-at-home order to combat COVID-19 have also seen signs with violent themes, like one on April 30 that said, ‘Tyrants get the rope.'”"
