Blow to low carb diet as landmark study finds high fiber cuts early death...

This is Bs. They want you fat and not able to move and fully dependant on their farmaceutical death products....

Eating more fibre, found in wholegrain cereals, pasta and bread as well as nuts and pulses, will cut people’s chances of heart disease and early death, according to a landmark review commissioned by the World Health Organization.

The authors of the review, which will inform forthcoming WHO guidelines, say their findings are good news – but incompatible with fashionable low-carb diets.

The research is led by Prof Jim Mann’s team at the University of Otago in New Zealand, who also carried out the major review that informed WHO guidance on curbing sugar in the diet, leading to sugar taxes around the world.

Sugar is a “bad” carbohydrate, but fibre is found in “good” carbohydrates such as wholegrain bread and oat-based muesli. However, the overwhelming backlash against sugar has led to popular diets that reject carbohydrates, including the fibrous sort that can, say the scientists, save lives.

Fiber was found to be helpful, not grains.

Grains contain fiber, but that does not mean that grains were used in the study.

Fruit and vegetables also contain fiber.

Let's do a new study where one group gets ts fiber from fruits and vegetables and the other from round-up sprayed grains and legumes.

Nowhere in the world where they eat large amounts of meat are people healthy. Northern Europe and the US have the highest degenerative disease rates. Asia, Africa and South America have incredibly low rates of heart disease and cancer. The meat diet is deadly, and all studies prove it.

Definitely not healthy. It can lead to gout, gallstones, and kidney stones.

Honestly it's pretty simple. Eat foods that are as close to nature and unprocessed as you can get. If you want to lose weight, burn more calories than you eat. Frontload with lots of veggies, always. Then whole grains, eggs, legumes, lean meats. Eat dairy and high-fat meats less. And ALWAYS choose local and organic whenever possible.

And exercise, exercise, exercise. Every single study they do shows that the more you exercise, the better off you are. Whatever form it takes, just move.

Fat from grass-fed cattle is healthy. Lean meat from grain-fed chickens is not.

Make sure that your meat ate close to nature too.

Good point, although in general beef is not very healthy.

Bison meat is better, or venison you've hunted yourself.

Oh, and avoid processed sugar. That sh*t is the REAL poison. Use organic honey or maple syrup if you have to have sweets, or better yet, eat fruit. Good ripe blueberries are the BOMB.

Beef and dairy are super foods.

Grass fed.... Although it should be simply BEEF because cows eat grass...the other crap.should be called grain fed...

Meat is packed to the brim with vitamins minerals enzymes

You can live off it.

You don't need carbohydrates. You need fat and protein. Fact.
